I ordered glasses from this company 14 days ago. Their information online says that glasses take six days. I have done three online chat sessions and one phone call. No one knows anything about my order, the online chat seems to not be a person, but an AI. I am told that my issue will be sent to the "appropriate area" but not told who that is or allowed to share my issue with this mysterious group. When I check order status it is the same as day one, that my order is being processed and this will take about six days. Again, it has been two weeks. I cannot drive without these glasses, I have had to spend money to buy contact lenses that irritate my eyes because my glasses broke a week ago... a week when I should have received my new glasses. No one seems to be in charge at this company, no one is able to communicate regarding orders, and after spending a lot of money I am left with no product within a reasonable time frame and no means with which to get a refund.

Been a month since they took my money, which is the only thing they've done so far. They messed up my mailing address (got it right for billing) so they got sent back, usps says they received them 8 days ago and they have not yet remailed yet. No one communicates with you. I am moving in 3 weeks and at this point i figure I'm just out $120 and have to deal with it. Don't make my mistake

ORDER ELSEWHERE! I ordered over a month and a half ago, 2 weeks ago I received my order, but they were the WRONG frames. I attempted to resolve the issue online but was told I must call, which is inconvenient when you're at work. I called and spoke to someone, who spoke broken English, to resolve the error. I was told I must return the glasses before receiving an update on the correct order. I thought I should be allowed to keep the incorrect glasses until I receive the correct order; what else was I to use after waiting a month? I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being placed on hold, the representative came back on the phone and told me that all the supervisors were in training and were unavailable. This seemed quite odd to me but I sent the glasses back and waiting two more weeks, attempting to e-mail and chat online; I received NO contact. I just attempted an online chat again and was told to call and disconnected. I called and was told there is no update on my CORRECT frames, in 2 weeks, they received ZERO communication from their own shipping department. I then asked for a supervisor, which again, I was told the supervisor was on the phone and unavailable. I then asked for a refund because I no longer wanted to deal with this "waiting game." I was told the billing/finance department needed to be contacted and I would hear back in 1-2 business days. So, MORE waiting. I should have just gone elsewhere to avoid this HUGE headache - the glasses ended up costing $145 after the lenses anyway. NOT CHEAP.

I really like how simple it is to use this site. I didn't plan on getting new glasses until I saw this site had a great sale. Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
