LOVE these! I plan on buying these again in a different color because I love them so much. They also look great and I have gotten a bunch of compliments. I will say that if you have a smaller face, the large frames might not compliment your face shape. And you can't beat the price! Highly recommend!

Great product!

Honestly I didn't have high expectations for these blue light block glasses. But I was wrong. They do what they're supposed to. And they're stylish too. I have transitioned into working from home and a result spends most of my 8 hours starting at a computer screen. These glasses have prevented eye strain, headaches, etc. I'm really glad I took the chance and bought these. I would recommend them.

Bought these a few weeks back for my boyfriend and he loves them! They look chic, are comfortable and what a helluva deal!
I'm more than happy with the glasses. I'm going to buy the all black version next. I'm on my 6th pair from glassesshop and I just keep coming back for more. I love them.

I bought these last month, and as my first purchase from GlassesShop, I am so impressed with the durability and quality. I got the blue block lenses which is a nice addition. They are my dailies and go with everything. Simple but nice! The new frame allows for a more modern look.

They will take your money and send you nothing

They blame "delays in Paypal", they delay weeks of delays on "float",'but they absolutely refuse to cancel an order when they refuse to ship it. Weeks and weeks you will wait and they will take your money and block your attempt to go with someplace else. Absolute worst retailer I've dealt with in 2 years. Oh - and their crappy glasses fall apart off your head while you're driving. 8 emails requesting cancelation and they won't do it. Nightmare firm, STAY AWAY.

Wrong lenses

I cant ser anything out of these glasses. There like putting pop bottles to your eyes. They sais i oeder wrong lenses bacause i ordered progressive lenses. Don't order from this rio off place. They only want to refund 50%. For something, I can't even use or wear now. Pitiful!

I am hard on glasses so I wanted a back up pair so I thought I'd give glassesshop a try. I was impressed from beginning to end with the experience - communicative without being annoying about it. Delivery in a reasonable amount of time, packaged in a hard-sided glasses case.

I purchased 2 sets of prescription sunglasses in April 2018, they arrived on May 10th 2018. My favorite pair broke by June 18th 2018. The wire frame that held the lenses in snapped and could not be repaired. I called their customer support and they told me they only have a 30-day warranty and because I had them for 38 days they would not help me. They offered a 50% discount if I purchased another pair. Not a chance. They will never get another penny from me. Buyer Beware!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I thought their website was clear and easy to use. Their selection of frames was good; and my emails to customer service were always answered promptly. It DID take my glasses a while to arrive, but they were perfect in every way! I found glassesshop to be very accommodating. I have nothing but positive things to say. I plan to order from them again.

Horrible Experience
October 8, 2020

I ordered glasses here over a month ago and keep checking the tracking but it never updates. I contacted customer service they said because of covid it's delayed... uhm I've ordered glasses online from tons of other places and the shipping and turn around time is always quick. So I finally broke down and called the post office they looked up the tracking number and said the label was printed but the glasses were never actually shipped from the facility... wow I can't believe I was ripped off... what a waste of time and money... will NEVER buy from here again... so disappointed... I just really wanted these glasses too... so sad they lost what would have been a great customer...

Amazing Value

These glasses are great! Can't beat the price for a pack of three and they each came with their own cloth case and microfiber cloth for cleaning. The styles included in the pack are great- very on trend and exactly the options I was hoping for. So far my boyfriend and I love them! These are our first go at trying blue light glasses so I'm sure there are brands out there that may be way more effective in terms of use but so far these have been serving their purpose well.

Amazing glasses for this price. I have a pair of MCM frames and they are so heavy on my face so i was looking for something lightweight and fresh. I chose the light pink frames and they are gorgeous. Exactly what I wanted. I took them to my optimal spot and got my prescription put in them. If you were hesitating on buying these, I highly recommend that you purchase them.

Issue with the package
December 23, 2019

First of all, they took a long time to process my order, after contacting them they finally shipped it. Two weeks after the shipment I still waiting for my package, on top of that they send it by USPS, I really don't know why don't they use Fedex or UPS, I call the postal customer service and It appears that there is an issue with my item due to how the label was placed on it. Because of the size of the item the sender has wrapped the label around the package. This is causing their machines to read both our address resulting in the package being sent around in circles in Michigan. I try to contact GlassesShop customer service by texting, by phone and they never answer me back or call me back. I'M like seriously? Never again...

Finally
November 3, 2020

My frustration finally ended.
After 3 attempts with a competitor to order sunglasses unsuccessfully after many calls
L and returns I was able to get a refund. My prescription was changed and an excuse given yet I could not see.
I found Glassesshop and received my eyeware with nicer frames, better price and best I can see.
I will definitely order again and recommend.

I have to say that the service was really good and friendly, they even noticed a mistake I had made in my prescription. My glasses arrived fairly quickly. The glasses themselves look really nice, they don't look cheap and feel sturdy. I like them much more than the pair from a certain brand that I bought on the high street here in the USA.

I ordered bifocal glasses from here, when producing bifocal glasses the manufacturer needs the segment height or the glasses wont work - if your looking straight ahead your vision is in the reading section. I didn't fill in that spot on the order form and instead of contacting me back they "guessed" and made the glasses, well they are useless because i have to tilt my head forward and look out the top to see anything. When i contacted them back a rude lady told me she would contact the lab, she said we don't make them so we cant help you, all i can do is email the lab. The lab sent me an email stating "we didn't have that information so we guessed" and if you want you can return them and we will give you 50% refund. I called them back and the same rude as hell lady basically said "to bad". DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!
