Love Love! I have had this style of frame for two years and didn't want to change them. The price at my eye doctor was 184.00. I was surprised and super excited to find these for 80.00! Great quality and very stylish.

I am extremely nearsighted, so glasses are expensive for me even with insurance. I found this site and was excited for their low prices. I placed my order, and waited for the glasses. When they arrived, the prescription was incorrect. They did not verify my prescription with my eye doctor (red flag #1). I emailed them to let them know of the error. They offered me a 50% refund for returning the glasses, or order a new pair for another $85. I am a single mother with two small children. The last time I bought glasses for myself was 7 years ago. I am now out $85 because even with the refund, shipping them back cost more. I will have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. This company has lost a future customer. Please, if you do use this service, make sure the prescription is correct, because they won't.

When putting in your prescription, you would want to verify the information you put in is correct. Ordered a pair of glasses for my wife from them. It was shipped directly from China. They claim to be US based company but they are only getting things done in China. The left lens of the glasses has a defect that looks like a bubble.It is not the coating, it is in the lens material itself. The other problem is the temple arm ear piece. It is separating from the frame. Another defect.
On that same left lens the lens is rough and not finished on the bottom edges. 3rd defect.
I contacted them twice today and have yet to receive a response for a full refund. Further looking at their return policy shows you must pay for return shipping even if there is a factory defect. That is total junk. In my opinion I've been severely ripped off by this company and will never do business with them again. Horrible excuse for a company. Pick another company to do business with.

Unbelievable

I really was not expecting the glasses to be much of anything. However, the shipping time was great, and the quality of the frame was great as well! The ordering process is simple, and there are many different styles to choose from. All you do is put it your prescription and select your style! I definitely will be ordering from here next time. Love the frame very much!

The order was wrong as when asked for an exchange they stated they do not offer that. Ok so I was willing to return to then re order. Just to find out when you exchange you get $9.90 shipping (that you paid for) taken off the amount and then half of the remainder as a refund! Mind you, if I ship them back I will be paying shipping on my end! That makes no sense. Then when speaking to the front desk and manager Bridget they were both rude and inappropriate! They hung up on me! You have to leave a message on their answering service, and hope to get a call back! They state the call is recorded to definitely scare people because they know their site is a scam and people would catch on and get upset. Would never recommend! Would never shop there again! When something seems to good to be true it is! Oh I got my first pair for free promotion alright $40.00 later! Such a waste! They deserved lower than a 1 star but that wasn't an option.

I waited 3 weeks for my glasses, i called, tried the online chat and even e-mailed them, got no response. The only communication i could get from them was through FaceBook. They stated that they needed to confirm my prescription even though i did it several times during the checkout process. They said they sent an e-mail, and waited a few days (3 weeks). After confirming my prescription 2 weeks later still no glasses. I have filed a complaint with The BBB and my Credit Card company.

Do not expect this business to help you at all they will not give you a refund and go against their own policies there is only one person that works for the entire company that refuses to give me a refund that same person emails you and is the only person that answers any phone calls this is the most horrible place I have ever ordered from

I got this frame for my daughter as her glasses broke in the middle of this corona virus pandemic so we couldn't go to the eye doctor to get a replacement ordered. We decided to try GlassesShop and so glad we did. I don't think I will order eyeglasses anywhere else and I will be ordering eyeglasses here for all of my family members. Beyond our expectations, very easy and will keep using this site!

I've purchased online glasses from a few companies, this one is the worst!

I ordered a pair of glasses, didn't like them so they offered a credit to get a new pair (minus shipping cost).,
Didn't like the second pair, now they won't give me a refund only 50% credit.

I'm not happy with 2 pairs, I am not going to order another.
I feel like I wasted my money and they are a scam.

I like the quality. I was afraid to buy after the reviews below, but I took a risk and got amazing glasses "Taurus" that fits perfectly and totally correspond to those declared on the site.

Prices are really good, but you get what you paid for: frames are quite inferior to other brands and the bad part is the time to delivery! 7 weeks to get a frame is not acceptable in our fast-paced world
