I purchased a pair of glasses costing $50+ with shipping and everything. They took 3+ weeks to come and gave me a huge headache/were the wrong prescription. When I asked them to rectify the matter they demanded a copy of my prescription, which I sent them, they then told me to take the glasses to my eye doctor, gave the glasses tested to prove they were made incorrectly, have the doctor put that in writing with a letter head, only then would they refund my purchase or make a new pair.

I was wary because of all the negative reviews, but I got my glasses and I don't think there's anything wrong with the prescription. They aren't bad glasses since I did the first pair free deal. Cost me $19.00 total and I'm happy right now
I have reached out to them several times and still no response back, I had order my glasses on November 19th and its been two weeks still without my glasses nor any help. What was really sketchy was when I messaged them via live chat. It was past their usual hours, however it said I could still leave a message and they'd just get to me the next day. When I sent one, I got an automatic response saying that I had reached them during their regular business hours and that they are currently reaching out to "other costumers", and would have to call instead. It was 10 p.m., their business hours are from 9 a. M to 5 p.m. I just want my glasses! I feel like they are intentionally not trying to help out!

Ordered frames 3 weeks ago, still have recieved nothing after contacting them twice. I see my payment made it through in days but nothing else since then. This company is a rip off, have contacted BBB about them.
I recently purchased a pair of glasses from glassesshop.com. They arrived with one lens incorrect - their "bad", I input the Rx correctly, they made it wrong. After having to waste more time than I felt I should to prove to glassesshop that THEY messed up, they did remake the glasses. The frames on these are so bent that the optical place I took them to for adjustment couldn't do anything. This has just become a comedy of errors! Now I have to switch the correct lens into the straight frame.
I buy glasses online frequently. In fact I purchased two other pairs of glasses from two other online businesses at the same time. Those had no problems. Glassesshop had the best price and the speed/shipping wasn't something I could complain about. But they need to figure out what Quality Control is. It would save a lot of people wasting time for things that should not be issues.
TERRIFIC! This is my first time purchase with GS and I am completely happy with my glasses. They fit perfectly and are everything I expected. Frames are well constructed and the lenses are the sharpest I have ever had. Shipping was cheap and quick. I will order another pair.

Yes they do work out of a garage! They two degenerate customer service ladies working there that refuse to help you with any service. If you have a problem with your order as I did-you are out of luck!
Glasses were just as described, and they did a great job with my and my husband's prescriptions. They got my husband's correct which was why we switched and tried Glassesshop out. He has a diferrent prescription for each eye and they nailed it unlike the last company who had everything wrong. I will definitely do business with them again. Shipping was accurate due to COVID-19. (3 weeks)

I love the fit, and love that they have nose pads. I ordered them in 1.74-index lenses, and they are so light I hardly know I have them on. I don't usually get this shape either, but it's nice for a change. At your prices, I can buy lots of glasses for less than the price of one pair at an optical shop. I'm awaiting another pair that I ordered. I like to have more than one.
They offer 100% refund if you take store credit, but only 50% if you don't. They ground my glasses wrong, but won't give refund unless I go back to the eye doctor and have them checked. That would cost me $100, and the glasses only cost $100 so, I'm stuck. I lost $50 on glasses they ground wrong. BEWARE

If there are made incorrectly and it is verified by your eye doctor there is either 100% refund or remake.
Exactly what I wanted! I have bought from the local glasses store before and have been disappointed, particularly with the quality of the anti-glare coating. These glasses, however, are perfect. Will only be buying from GlassesShop.com in the future.
I tried to track my order and USPS wesotesaid to contact merchant due to counterfeit postage. I was told sever times I would be receiving a refund, despite several requests for a refund confirmation I never received one. I was given carrying excuses as to the issue. One was that they were hacked another was that the items were lost in shipping. Now I am being told that my

I ordered a pair of glasses from this website. Very user friendly site and easy ordering process. The glasses came pretty quickly and are just as I ordered. Awesome value! I will be purchasing from them again and would recommend this site to anyone!
I cannot see a thing with my glasses. I sent my prescription for review and was told if I had my eye doctor check them and if it wasn't correct send the results on "letterhead", I would receive a 100% refund. The placement of the bifocal is incorrect and my eye doctor provided the requested information. They are saying this is my fault and only offering a 50% refund. Very disappointed. Never had this problem with Zenni!
While I loved the frames I purchased, within three months, the lenses started to become wavy, making it impossible to read anything. When I contacted customer service, I was told that since I was unable to get a good photo of the issue, there was nothing that could be done since I was outside of the 30 day window. Maybe if I had a better camera, I might have been able to get this issue fixed, but as it stands, my phone's camera is apparently not good enough for my glasses to be fixed.

I have bought 4 different types of blue light and these are the only ones I wear. The other ones are not flattering to my face and really yellow. I definitely feel the difference vs when I do not wear them. My eyes do not feel fatigued from looking at a computer screen now. Def. Recommend.

A very bad experience with them. I waited one month to get finally a wrong prescription eyglasses because they didn't tell me they couldn't process my left eye parameters but they tried to sell it anyway. So I had to give it back cause useless and pay for the return shipping. One star is enough
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. I ordered a pair of reading glasses and, admittedly, failed to include the "ADD" portion of the prescription due to a confusing website. I called them to get it corrected. Then their emails started. They would ask me one question and wait for reply. Then they would ask one more. This went on for 5-6 question, with me always thinking I was done. One of these was requesting a photo copy of the prescription, which I sent. They then sent me a copy of the prescription they intended to make and it was different from what I needed. After a week of back and forth I had no confidence that I would get an accurate pair of glasses and cancelled the order. They were going to charge me a ~$10 fee and I told them it was stealing from someone since I had done nothing wrong. They refunded the whole amount.

Easy to order, walking thru the steps couldn't have been easier. Everything ic clearly explained, and if you need help its available... BOGO is the way to go when the deal comes up. They recently arrived and the quality is exceptional and in line with "big box" stores, but better pricing.

Answer: Because of Covid, I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Unbelievably I received a tracking shipping number in the morning and received my glasses that night!
Answer: This company offers horrible customer support. There are many more companies out there who actually provide customer service. Their return policy is deceiving. The return policy is misleading first stating 90 days then telling you to read below. Now it is only 14 days and only 50%.
