Just got my transition glasses and the prescription changes about 8 mm up the lens. I have to literally place something on my chin to read it. I sent an email to the company and got the worst response! They tried everything in their power to shift the blame onto me. The site says they offer a 14 day full refund if not satisfied and they tried to offer me "point" credit instead. Save yourself a headache and wasted time! Shop elsewhere!
Good quality for the price. I was looking for a cheap pair of glasses for work. Did not need a prescription, as I will be using them for safety glasses, so I can't comment on prescription accuracy. The glasses arrived surprisingly fast considering being shipped out of China. They are a bit too wide for my face, but that was expected based on the measurements of the frame.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received, and will be ordering non prescription glasses from them in the future.
Honestly I feel like these glasses would be fine if ordered not for everyday wear, but if you're ordering glasses you intend to wear daily I'd find somewhere else. I've had my glasses for 4 months and the frames are already broken. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and never had this issue until now.

I bought two pair of prescription sunglasses (They had a great deal two for one). I paid about twenty five bucks for each pair. They are beautiful and fit like a glove. I cannot believe how much others charge for prescription sunglasses, and not one bit better than those from glassesshop. I will buy again and am recommending it to all my friends.

Last month, I noticed this website and tried to shop a pair of RX sunglasses for my holiday. The customer service is very considerate and helpful for my first online eyewear shopping, I placed the order easily. Today I got my sunglasses and very satisfied. Can't wait to wear them during my summer trip!
This company has been the worst service I have ever ordered from. It has been over 2 weeks and my order has not been shipped. When I call customer the best answer they can give is that they are waiting for my glasses to arrive to their office, then be shipped to me. It sounds as if I am calling someone's home. The manager was completely apathetic. I was told to cancel an order that had not been shipped to me would charge at % restocking fee. For an item that has been been completed or shipped. The dates on when I should expect my glasses continues to move further -out by business days each time I call. The absolute worst company to buy from
JUST BUY THEM! The glasses are very nice and cute. There are so many different styles to choose from. I was really surprised about its good quality. It fits me very well. The price is affordable. Most important, the customer service is super nice and patient.

I have placed two orders for glasses and there will probably be many more in the future! My first order included 3 pairs of glasses. Two of which were progressive bifocals. These came to me in a reasonable time frame and were a good quality for the price. The lenses were perfect. I earned points toward a second order, so I purchased another pair that was a different style and got them for $25 (non bifocal). For that price, I can order different styles for different moods or outfits. I can't recommend them enough.

This is the ONLY place I order my glasses from now. They always have a fantastic combination of sales and discounts and I tell people about them all the time. Shipping is anywhere from about 2 to 3 weeks, and the wait is certainly worth it. I scored 4 complete pair for right around 80 bucks and that including shipping!

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses which were delivered to the wrong address weeks after I bought them. After being hung up on 3 times I finally spoke to someone who was very nice and assured me that they would take care of the problem. I then received an email stating it was my problem and suggested that I simply go to the address they were delivered and pick up the package. The address was in a different state! Horrible customer service - do not purchase anything from this site

Poor product and services... first they charge for glasses and shipping suppose to free then they again charge for shipping without informing. Second they order from China same product is on aliexpress which you can order for few bucks. Third we have order progressive lens but what it wasn't progressive lenses. Old fashion 2 piece lens not progressive at all. Disappointed quality.

Have had these glasses as a spare in my truck when to pull them out of case and we're broken. I've had them for 2 months and I've barely wore them do not recommend. Called 4 times and got hung up on,, not to mention that when I talked to them they only offered half price glasses to replaced the defective pair.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I tried returning a pair of glasses and what should be an easy process has been difficult and frustrating. It has been over a month and still no progress. Very dissatisfied and will never recommend. If you are going to have a return policy - follow it. I just keep getting emails going in circles.

I have a narrow face and I was looking for something that would enhance my features. The frames at the eye clinic was outrageously expensive, so, I decided to try these. Once I received them, they look good and I'm glad that I didn't spend hundreds of dollars for a frame when I could get two for under $200.

I came into this following an ad for a free first pair of glasses and honestly didn't expect much at all. I just knew I really wanted some glasses and didn't care about the quality for only paying 14$ for a pair of prescription glasses. While it took a lot of time to get here (since I'm too cheap for expedited shipping) it came and I was extremely satisfied with my order.
I ordered sunglasses on March 28 and just received them on April 19th! Almost 4 weeks! Not cool. The glasses look nice, feel well made and my prescription is correct so no complaints there. Just don't order here if you're in a hurry!
Horrible service. You are virtually on your own ordering glasses, if you need help or call Customer Service, you get a big-time attitude which I find upsetting for a web-based company. Most successful on-line companies have helpful people there to assist in your purchase.
My glasses came after several weeks, I was told I had to pay extra for standard tinting (on sunglasses no less)
The glasses did not fit and were returned within 5 days but the company would not refund my purchase price or give me credit for return postage.
To date, it has been about 1 month and I have not recieved my refund, when and if I get the refund, it will still cost me about $25 for this poor transaction.
Although many foreign-based companies have great service, correspondence with Glassesshop makes me think they are foreign owned/operated and don't care one whit about customer satisfaction

Terrible service. Bad frame, bad customer service response. Long time to receive. I think in a foreign country. Billed on my charge card as Megamotorma and not glassesshop. What is up with that? Do not buy from them.
I have been buying Glasses from them for years. Lately I ordered and found not good. Their price isn't that great anymore even after coupon. Customer service is only Live chat with one person named lynda. Calling them didn't work. Tried to Cancelled one pair because of the size. They will give you half of the refund chagrining restocking fee. There shipping is bad waited over one month. I would never buy from them again.The quality isn't' Bad. Answer: Because of Covid, I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Unbelievably I received a tracking shipping number in the morning and received my glasses that night!
