I ordered two pairs of sunglasses which were delivered to the wrong address weeks after I bought them. After being hung up on 3 times I finally spoke to someone who was very nice and assured me that they would take care of the problem. I then received an email stating it was my problem and suggested that I simply go to the address they were delivered and pick up the package. The address was in a different state! Horrible customer service - do not purchase anything from this site
