Where are our orders?

I ordered 2 pair of glasses. Payment was taken.
It's been a couple of weeks but I haven't even gotten an e-mail confirmation.
My husband ordered on the same day. Nothing.
I e-mailed them to see what's up. No response. I called them. Had to leave a message. No response.
It would be nice to know where we are in the process. They had no problem accepting payment right away. When can we expect our orders?

I highly recommend this product to any of you guys looking for everyday eyewear. I got the gold glasses and the quality is great, very sharp style, not too big or small is just a perfect fit. Glasses came with a cleaning cloth, and case. Overall a very good purchase... Will be buying the silver pair next.

I am cancelling my order due to the customer service rep speaking to me like I was garbage. I never got to being able to review the actual glasses since my order is not placed yet. I had to to verify my prescription, which I did via phone call after contacting live chat, but the verification didn't go through. When I checked back today, I was spoken to so rudely that I just want my money back. I have e mailed and left voice mails to ask for a refund. We'll see if I get one. Do NOT recommend. I've been ordering glasses online for 13 years, never had an experience like this.

Delivery didn't take as long as I had expected and when my glasses arrived my first impression was that they were definitely stronger that my current pair. They also looked like they did online because as you may well know sometimes you can be left a little disappointed when your order arrives and it looks nothing like the picture you saw online. So it's safe to say choosing a pair of glasses online from GlassesShop won't leave you with regret.

Imagine my surprise when I put on my sunglasses the other day and it was like a film was all over the lens. I tried cleaning them to no avail. It's like the tint has some sort of haze to it. Can't see out of any part of the lens. I called customer service, and their response was too bad they are well out of warranty. She is correct as they are 1 year and 2 months past that. She offered no solutions for their poor quality. Just that I would have to go get a new prescription and order new ones. I have been wearing prescription sunglasses for years, and this is the first time I've had this sort of problem. I can assure you it will be the last time with Glassesshop.com. I'll stick with my local eye dr from now on.

Fabulous Glasses!

Love the new look

Just received it this morning and it looks gorgeous, It didn't take a long time to get them... shipping was fast. I choose the highest option: thinnest, anti UV and reflection. It is excellent, will recommend my friends to buy from here.

Generous points system

GlassesShop has excellent customer service, and a very generous points system. There's a little something for everyone in their selection of glasses, which mostly seems to specialize in conventional and low-key styles, but also offering a few edgier/adventurous styles. The glasses I chose are comfortable and good for everyday wear. I had no issues with the quality or prescription.

Over the last 2 years I have ordered 6 pairs. 3 sunglasses, 1 reading and 2 progressive. All same prescription all same index. The sun glasses coating gets all distorted and wavy after just a few weeks leading to blury vision. The last order arrived with lenses 3 times thicker than normal (despite being same index and prescription as previous) the incorrect PD on one and single vision instead of progressive on the other. Buyer beware! Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful.

Thank you for your review. But we want to clarify that the two frames you've compared are actually in different size. As we've explained to you earlier, the larger the size, the thicker the lenses will be given the same prescription and lens index. You can have your glasses inspected at your local optical store for verification if you still have any concerns. Also, as a one-time courtesy, you do not need to return your current glasses back, we will process a full refund to the original Payment Method that was used for this purchase as soon as possible. The refund will be reflected on your account within 3-5 business days. Hope for your understanding on this matter.

Cool Breeze Glasses

Great sunglasses at a reasonable price. Fit my big head perfectly. Nicely packaged with a protective sleeve for the glasses when not being worn. I had the last pair for over two years before a blemish formed on the lens. Recommended.

Looking sharp

I was worried that the tint might be too dark but its perfect. I got the gray tint. These new shades make me look sharp and they work perfectly. Service was excellent with updates on the progress of my order at every step. I could not be happier.

These are perfect!

I received these glasses, opened them, and I was so excited! I have been searching for the right pair of black glasses on many different sites for months now, and when I ran across these, I thought they would pretty much be cheap and low quality like the cosmetic frames people buy at accessory stores. I was wrong, these are very high quality, they are very sturdy and perfect for having prescription lenses added in! I'd recommend that anyone get them!

I cannot get used to my glasses which are bifocals. The distance prescription is wrong & they will only give me 1/2 of what I paid and it states that they need to be new & unworn! How is that 100%guarantee? STAY AWAY! I would give them a minus 10 stars if I could!

Order elsewhere. I wish I'd read these reviews before sending money for two pairs of glasses. One gave me instant dizziness and the other gave me headaches. I've used the same prescription to order from the Zenni and goggles4u with no problem. They would not offer a 100% refund due to manufacturing error without me spending more money to go to an optometrist to have the glasses checked. Yes, it's in their refund policy but I've never had problems ordering online glasses. I would go with a store with a better refund policy if they make errors in manufacturing your glasses

So disappointed

I ordered two pairs of glasses on 4/21, got my tracking number that it shipped on 4/30... its May 8 and according to the tracking number it had not let your facility. I've emailed a couple times with no response. Called and no help!

For several weeks now I have tried to get assistance for an address to send the glasses back for repair or a replacement pair. I received one email stating that I should place the temples under hot water so that they would adjust, same as posted in the leaflet that came with the glasses. Haven't received any information science. Thanks, John Jackson
