Received a pair of prescription with tint for sun. Frames felt like toy kiddie glasses. Cheapest plastic. I wore them twice and kept them in the eyeglass compartment of my car. One lens shattered just sitting in the compartment. So they lasted 30 days.
I have bought from other online eyeglass sites who actually have decent workmanship. Not this outfit.
I ordered purple Jinbee glasses. I received brown glasses with no flowers on them. I contacted customer service and was told they can't do a second return (my first pair fit badly) and that the glasses don't always end up looking like they appear. In other words they lie to get people money. Very pissed.
I ordered (and was charged immediately) this at the beginning of the month. Never got a tracking or shipping email. After 2 weeks of waiting, I decided to send them an email. They replied saying it was just shipped from their Jersey office, and gave me a tracking number. Took a week to have a real confirmation/working tracking number. It was disappointing because I thought it would come in before my boyfriend left to Africa for work. But it didn't. Anyways it finally arrived in 4 weeks. So if you are willing to wait 4 weeks to get a pair of cheap, made in China glasses, this is the place for you. Otherwise, Stay away from this fraudulent site.
First time ordering glasses online and I was so nervous! After going to multiple sites I decided on GlassesShop and so glad I did. They are amazing! The glasses are gorgeous and the prices are very affordable. I'm at 9 pair right now from them and ready for 2 more, I can't stop ordering! Check out their Facebook page and you'll see what I mean. Very nice high quality glasses. I get so many compliments on them. I haven't a problem with them and they are just as good as any other ones you would pay 100 dollars for. I have been waiting for over 1 month for my Rx sunglasses. It said it'll take 7-10 business days to make them and I was fine but I had to reach out several times to get an update! Now with the tracking no in hand the status says it's awaiting pickup and it's been over a week waiting at their facility. I will not be ordering from this place again. They are cheap for frames/lenses but simply not worth the inconvenience.
Standard shipping can take 2 to 2 ½ weeks from Date of ordered to delivery at your doorstep. Keep in mind, any questions the lab may have or missing information may affect this shipping timeframe. USPS picks up the glasses from our office and does not always update their system which we have no control over the updating of the tracking. It is in the hands of the US Post Office.
I'm very picky with frames because most look weird with my face shape, but I love how this frame fits mine perfectly! They are super cute and I always get complimented. I've never felt more confident wearing glasses than I do now with these frames.

What I love about these is that they don't feel cheap or flimsy like others, they are very well made and good quality too! This is my second time buying progressive lens from GlassesShop.com. I am very impressed of their products and service. The glasses are far beyond my expectation because they look much better than the pictures show. The prescription is perfectly right and comfortable to wear.
Once I was unintentionally placed another pair which was exactly the same as the first pair, and I realized it the other days. I immediately contact their customer service trying to cancel either of them, and they finally managed to solve my issue. They are a great site and I will definitely come back again later.
Even though it is a bit tight, I have received loads of compliments, praise and admiration! The glasses are stylish, bold and chic. I highly recommend them to everyone who wishes to make a statement with your eye wear.

The glasses arrived within two weeks and they were very nice. I wish I would've looked more closely and gotten frames with metal running through arms... but, that's my fault not theirs. They fit very nicely and I can see so well with them. The generic transitions tinting is working perfectly and I'm glad I went with that instead of paying extra for the brand name tinting. Very happy and will purchase more! I paid $60 for what would've cost me more than $600 at the Dr.'s office. Thanks!
I was so worried about buying glasses online. I have a pretty strong prescription and I've always had to pay hundreds of dollars to get lenses that are thin enough and frames that are actually cute. I am so unbelievably thrilled with how these turned out! Will definitely be buying from here in the future!

If you dont mind arguing continuously trying to prove that they are at fault for a bad product then by all means order from here. HOWEVER, if you want an excellent product from a company that stands behind product and customer service go SOMEWHERE else. Literally anywhere else has to be better then this place! I have been emailing back and forth trying to get a refund on glasses that has a bad blur spot in the lens. They want to give me only 50% of my money back when their own policy states: If you feel there is a manufacturing error, after verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the credit or debit card or PayPal account, or 100% store points. They are fighting me on this. I really wished I would have done a little more research before ordering. This company is terrible! Dont waste your time or money.

The ordering was easy, the first pair I got was progressive - which I've never worn before - and it turns out they gave me a massive headache. I asked for an exchange and they sent standard bifocals for only a delivery charge of $5.95.
Excellent customer service, really nice glasses and they honored their satisfaction guarantee policy. Highly recommended!

I placed my order on 8/13/15. Today is the 8/28/15, I was just informed by email that my glasses did not pass quality inspection. I was informed after 2 emails. Up to this point no one could contact me and let me know. Never again will I use there poor services.
I've had an extremely difficult time reaching their customer service, their responses always come across as very rude, and I haven't received a single email update since I first placed my order over a week ago. The website has been saying my order was shipped for the past 4 days, but I still haven't gotten a tracking number.
Please know JoAnna if it is showing shipped and not tracking that means it has shipped from our lab in China to our Michigan office and will be shipped out from there. Once we put a shipping label on it you will receive an email with the tracking information. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you
Ordered large aviator glasses and received small! Not suitable at all. Also showed a ray ban logo on the glasses on website but when they came no logo. Could have bought the same from a popular High street store for £2 in the correct size and saved myself £28 (including postage)
Glassesshop.com is absolutely awful. I came to this site to determine if they are just a very bad company or a scam. Reading these horrible comments gives me hope that eventually, one day, I may actually receive my glasses or possibly someone may actually answer their phone.
I love the fact you can try them on virtually. Excellent communication. I love them so much I bought prescription sunglasses as well. Had my eye doctor check the prescription it was perfect. What more do you need. Basically a 1/3 of what I would've paid for one pair I got two.
