I love these sunglasses. I ordered the frame in regular RX and Rx Sunglasses. I have never owned Rx sunglasses before and these do not disappoint. Very lightweight. Very on trend and easy to wear.

I've been using GlassesShop for affordable glasses for years. I have never been let dow. They have beautiful styles and a range of different lenses for a reasonable price. I love it and refer all my friends to this site for quick and cheap glasses.

I ordered prescription progressive lenses with the "Transitions" package - the intent was to have glasses that would protect my eyes from sun when outside. But the "transitions" does almost NOTHING, for an additional almost $200. Like, maybe 5% on a scale of 1 - 100. I have seen other people's transitions-type lenses actually become sunglasses. These did not.

And their return policy is BS. You can get HALF what you paid back --> minus shipping the old ones back, and minus what you paid in shipping the first time. So, you essentially get nothing back.

Or, you can get 100% back if you choose replacements. But you have to pay shipping and of course, no discounts this time. But without getting the useless "Transitions", I would have to buy 3 or 4 pairs of glasses to make up the cost. Who needs four pairs of the exact same prescription?

I was on hold for nearly an hour before I hung up. No way to actually contact a person.

Coating does not last

I really liked my glasses. They Rx seemed good and the fit was great. I started noticing spots that would
Not come off. I only cleaned with mild hand soap. I contacted customer service and was told the coating was damaged and offered a new pair for at half cost. I then inspected my other 3 pair and they all had the same problem. In this case you get what you pay for. I would be very careful ordering from here.

Poor customer service and poor product
April 13, 2024

Contacted Glassesshop after ordering my pair of sunglasses that only lasted 5 months with minimal use they started bubbling and i was being nice contacting them to see if they would help me out to continue buying glasses from them and they wouldn't budge with there 30 day warranty garbage when all they make is not good quality for higher pricing. Going to take my business back to Costa del mar where they always had treat me right with proper warranty and customer service.

I had a great experience buying glasses from here. I will for sure buy more glasses. I had a discount code and wanted to take advantage of them. Once I placed my order I didn't even wait 1 week. It was a fast and pleasant purchase and the frames are perfect for and great quality for me. It's sad to see so many low reviews but I really love their product and customer service.

Terrible Service, Buy your glasses somewhere else

First issue I had was they put my order on hold for days without sending me an email or notification that my order was on hold due to the prescription. Second, I paid $25.00 at check out to have my shipping expedited and when the UPS came to my door they said they could not give me the package unless I paid the $25.00 to receive it. I have an invoice that shows I paid the shipping at the time of check out. I contacted support through email and chat. No response from email and in chat they said they will contact me within 24-48 hours. When UPS says they will only attempt to deliver it again the next day. I've called there customer service number all day and have been on hold for hours just to get a voice mail to leave a message. Don't buy your glasses here! Terrible customer service and unreliable.

I'm very pleased with these, my first pair. The prescription is right on, credit to me also, I guess. I expected the fit to be a little off because I think I have one ear higher than the other, but I can live with it. All in all, I'm delighted, and thank you so much.

Having options for my eyewear can get expensive. Since I found glassesshop I've been steadily creating my collection without destroying my finances. These are not brand but they are and feel just as good. Lenses are good too, they could soften their edges though so they're not so thick and visible.

I am editing my previous glowing review to 1 star. They block people instead of talking to them about any issues. My script was wrong and when I said that they decided to stop doing business with me. The multitude of 1 star reviews speak for themselves. The glasses were always nice and I never had blurred vision or anything with the script but they were in fact not the prescription that I requested.

Since I've been doing school remote this year, I decided to order blue light glasses. I normally stare at a screen for 8+ hours and this definitely relieved eye strain, honestly, my eyes don't get irritated at all when I'm wearing the glasses. Great product, especially with the price being so affordable.

It has been over a month! Since my order. I called customer service and they dot even know what's going on. There management is email only?. They prompted to tell me about a delay and they said it's "Overstock" now I worked in retail if an item is overstock there should be an abundance left over? Right I'm not dumb buyer beware if your glasses should take more then two weeks go some where else.

I constantly buy glasses offline so I dubbed myself a pro at it.
Stumbled upon GlassesShop & figured I HAD to try them. So glad I did. They have a very impressive selection, something for everyone I feel. Phenomenal prices too, I like that there's usually a sale going on but even if not it's still super fair.
Size is accurate. Totally comfy. My prescription looks great!
It took exactly 15 days to arrive at my house after I placed my order. Considering they made just for me & add on shipping time that really isn't so bad.
I cannot wait to order again!
