I purchased 4 pairs of the same frame that I liked. Within 9 months three out of four were broken after light use. All three simply had a hinge snap in half. After numerous emails and pushing back on their refusal to do anything, they finally agreed to send me one pair of frames. Within 10 days that pair has broken in the exact same way the others had. They are now refusing to replace these. Save your money and go to Zenni. Same price and the ones I've bought there have held up wonderfully.

I really liked my glasses. They Rx seemed good and the fit was great. I started noticing spots that would
Not come off. I only cleaned with mild hand soap. I contacted customer service and was told the coating was damaged and offered a new pair for at half cost. I then inspected my other 3 pair and they all had the same problem. In this case you get what you pay for. I would be very careful ordering from here.

I can't express how much I love these glasses! They are absolutely beautiful and fit me perfectly. They are very lightweight yet sturdy. I've received compliments from the moment I started wearing them. I will definitely be buying more.

This is the third set of 2 pairs of glasses I have purchased from Glassesshop.com. Nothing but great service and quality frames and lenses every time. Trust me you will be pleased and the price - what a relief from retail! The whole process is well managed and professional. On my last order I made a slight mistake on my prescription input. They noticed the discrepancy, paused the order to clarify with me and once corrected, processed the order quickly. I am a more than satisfied customer!

These sunglasses are just as describes. Great quality frame and really comfy. I was skeptical at first ordering cause not so sure about the prescription but they arrived perfect and matched moderately for my requirement.

Wow! I know this is going to sound cheesy but I never had such an easy experience ordering glasses. I'm super happy. The quality is better than the glasses I purchased at my local eye doctor and 1/4 of the cost. I can actually see now. The quality and service has been exceptional. I was hesitant to order online but I will be using these guys from now on.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses 11 days ago and have had no follow-up correspondence. I've sent 2 emails to their online support and have yet to hear from anyone. A bit frustrated at this point. Order number *******151

Local customer service is very good, but all communication otherwise is in China

Poor communication - customer support/warehouse is in China so the time zone so when we are sleeping, they are awake and etc.
Ridiculously long shipping time and waiting time - 19 days before the item was shipped after it passed quality control. Another 7-20 business days before I receive the glasses

I found this company a couple of years ago and had been pleased with the glasses. But this year the company has been a nightmare! Last month I ordered 4 pair of glasses and one was not right. They made me pay to ship them back then I received an email today that said the points were put back in my account as a credit and I could reorder. Forget it! This has been a full 24 hours that ensued with Chat that takes hours to get a response and then e-mails back and forth. The points were not put back in my account correctly so I could not reorder glasses. This company has gone from good to bad to indifferent!

The prescription seems correct BUT... my vision seems warped. Everything straight appears to be bowed and makes me feel strange. I had another company manufacture the exact same prescription in an old pair of frames and they are just fine. So, I recognize that although the prescription GlassesShop filled may be correct, the quality of their grinding of the lenses isn't good. I will never order from them again. And their Customer Service is not very good. Buy elsewhere.

I am finally at that age where my sight needed more correction to have more than just 1 pair of glasses. I was super excited to see the website with such good prices on frames. Once you added in all the other costs to get good lenses, it is still decently priced. Not great, but decent.
So, first 2 months all was well. Then in 3rd month, a screw fell out of the hinge. As it happens, this particular screw is not a size anyone carries. Not any eye glass place I could go to. All are either too big, or too small. Found one that kind of fits, but it is loose and it is going to fall out soon.
I reached out to get a screw to fix it. I am willing to pay for this screw.
And this is where you get into the weeds with them.
They do NOT have any for sale and do NOT support "fixing" their glasses. They only want to sell you frames. They also do not allow you to send it in to get it fixed.
They will offer you 50% off a frame, and oh, yes, you also have to pay for shipping.
Color me utterly unimpressed. A freaking miniature screw will cost me $20 if I choose that route.

Update!
They reached out to me and they themselves agree that it is a bit crazy to not support their products and did offer me a new pair of glasses (same style different color).
I hope they learn that some of us like what we ordered and would like some support to the product we got.
Please make it easier to get support!

Received these glasses and they are nicer in person then in the photos, very pleased. They are lightweight and very comfortable. The lens is super clear and prescription is perfect. Shipping didn't take so long, I've ordered a new set already!

Glasses Shop makes it very easy to know the measurements of the glasses available. Prescription is on point. Not to mention the delivery is right on time as well. Would hope to have more color options for tint sunglasses.

These are amazing sunglasses, I can see clearly through them but they block out the sun completely. Also the fast delivery is definitely a bonus point!

Super Chic! The finish is really nice and they look like high end glasses. The arms are a bit thin and can kind of bent if you are not careful but great buy for sure!

Perfect fit in size and greatly for my vision. I used it for work mainly, so clear vision for close and medium distance which was exactly what I need it. Worth the price. Thanks.

I love these sunglasses. I ordered the frame in regular RX and Rx Sunglasses. I have never owned Rx sunglasses before and these do not disappoint. Very lightweight. Very on trend and easy to wear.
