A long story short ~(7 months) my TV box had to be repaired after 2 months.
I had to pay for shipment to China (weird) to have the box repaired.
After repair it was shipped to a weird address in Canada by GeekBuying.
According to GeekBuying after many many email inquiries the TV box was destroyed by customs (weird).
As compensation by GeekBuying I was offered ~40% of the purchase only
I am now (again, many many emails) asking for a 100% refund as I shouldnt have to split the loss due to a business error, right?

After ~ 7 month GeekBuying claim the box was destroyed by customs in Canada ( post office tracking doesnt indicate that it was destroyed!)

All still in warranty period!
How to escalate this issue so I can get my full refund?

My recommendation for what its worth:
Find a North America based seller and avoid a Chinese. Its better to communicate, no endless shipping time, they dont change rules on you in time when it is convenient for them, proper escalation processes, etc
Ordered multiple bottles of resin, but accidentally ordered the wrong colour. Contacted customer support and the issue was resolved quickly, and recieved the resin I intended to order.
Ordered a phone with delivery 5-7 days with TNT.
After a few days, once they had my money in the bank, they tell me they can ship it with TNT and can offer CHINA POST 30-45 Days, *******@inbelievable. So I asked if they can deliver to my Hong Kong address and i will sort the shipping from there. OH NO! They don't know anyway to ship in their own country... absolute bollox! So now its 2 weeks and i am promised a refund and still waiting! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS

I purchased Self Balancing Scooter at Dec 1st 2015 to get to my husband for Christmas. I paid almost $100 for Priority Express shipping that they claimed will be delivered on time.
Firstly (one week later) I got the email from customer service that the product I ordered is too popular to meet all demand, and ask me to wait few days until more come from the factory and then they will ship it asap. I said OK, just make it here by Christmas. As promised in few days I got shipping confirmation (Dec 14th 2015) firstly without tracking information but then one day later with UPS tracking number. But then no update on the stacking info what so ever. I was contacting tracking support team multiple time. And they keep asking me to wait. Already after Christmas (Dec 29th 2015) they told be that my package was delayed because of holiday season peak and never made to the plane. Ask to wait again.
At this moment I already missed the date to give it as a present and just wanted it to be delivered some day (because my husband wanted it so badly).
At Jan 13th 2016 they told me that there is no proper way to ship this product... because it has so many batteries it hard to go through customs...

If you don't know how proper ship product abroad don't sell it... or figure it out. Simple business rules.

Guys; Seriously... KEEP AWAY FROM GEEKBUYING.COM! I ordered a cell phone for $425.00 US Dollars and I was very happy when they send me a track number in less than 5 days. Unfortunately, the phone they sent me was a Use/refurbished/returned one! I was Stoned when I opened the package to find out that the phone was not new and that some accessories where missing (screen protector, power adapter), and the phone was already setup by the previous owner! When you turn ON a new phone, you are supposed to si the Welcome Screen right? The cables are dirty and scratched, the inner box was unsealed and scratched as well. I sent a message to Customer service at GB, they answer 2 days later saying that they can't find my order number and saying that it looks like I bought the phone somewhere else, etc. Then I sent them a copy of the invoice and then they admitted that the phone came from their warehouse. It have being impossible for me to return the phone, because they do not want the phone back and never tell me the return address or instructions for me to return the phone. Today they sent me a message offering me $20 bucks for the mistake and saying that the phone was open at the warehouse to tested. That is B. S...! I already Contacted eCommerce.gov and they will review the case and will contact the Chinese Authorities to investigate mine and other complaints that they already have about this online scammers! Absolutly horrible website. Purchased 2 cell phones worth 420USD in total. First got a message from them saying that the order is of very high value and the region from where I am shopping is high risk so I must provide additional proof of identity. I did send all the details and the charged my credit card for 420USD. After the charge I get another email saying my zip code is incorrect and I cannot DHL my purchase to this location. I tried to explain them that for last 8 years I have been getting items delivered to same location via DHL. Didn't help.
Then I decided to request a refund. Their live chat service is unavailable 24x7! The one time I could chat after like a loooooooooooong wait, as soon as I said I want a refund the agent simply ignored me. I tried calling the number on their website and I always get a busy message. I have even emailed them asking for refund and I got no response. I hope they do not read this and respond saying the zip code is incorrect because that's all the agent kept repeating throughout.
Will never shop from these guys again.
Fiido L3. They previously said they would help me with my bike and gave me an address. But the man at the address does not know and does not repair the bike. It truly is the worst site in the world. They directed me there without contacting the repairman. I haven't been able to get my bike repaired for about a month. My warning to everyone, do not buy anything from this site!
