I wish it were possible to give zero rating but I will give my account of how they scammed me.

I bought an Eleglide M1 Ebike from them in December. After I made payment, I decided to read up on them and found a customer's comment that they sell defective products which they expect you to fix by yourself when problems arise. After reading this, I decided to cancel the order.
I placed my order on a Friday and on Monday, I called them, but it went straight to voice mail. I then mailed them to request a cancellation of my order before they ship it. 10 minutes later, they mailed me that my order has been dispatched. I sent them multiple messages to cancel the dispatch with no response.
24 hours later, they mailed me the same message and gave me a bogus tracking number. I used the tracking number on the link given but there was no event of a package at all. When the ebike arrived, I was not home so my neighbour signed it. When I got back, I moved it in and mailed them that I want to return the order.
I was then persuaded twice to keep the product for a £20 discount which I refused on both accounts. Since I refused their order, they gave me instructions on how to return the parcel but they sent no return label. Also, they left a contact name and number for the destination address but when I called the number, it went to voice mail. By this time, I was seeing a pattern that they were hell bent on making sure I don't return the product. They also informed me that I will pay £50 for shipping fee, fee for custom charges and fee for possible damage to the product during shipment.
I thought to myself, if I ship the package to them, they could say it got lost in transit and that possibility made me decide to keep it. I also felt that I wouldn't get close to the amount I paid so I decided to set up the product and have been using it for almost 3 weeks when the motor stopped working. I knew this would happen eventually which is why I never wanted to keep it to begin.
Geekbuying is the devil. The moment you get involved with them, they will suck out your soul by stressing you out. Their intention is to make sure you never get your money back and they will use every dirty tactics in the book to make sure they accomplish this goal. Life is all about experiences anyway but don't ever be fooled by cheap items. There is a price to pay and that is the possibility of you never getting your money or getting half what you paid to begin with

Defective drone, $362 wasted. Tried to return using their instuctions. USPS will not ship it back!

On May 1,2020, I ordered a JJRC X12 drone for $294 from Geekbuyer, because their website said it would be deliver in 7 to 10 days. On May 3rd I got an Email from them that said that drone would not be in production until mid-may and would be shipped after that. I sent them 4 Emails to cancel the order because I needed it sooner.
( It was a gift for my Grandson.) They disregarded all my Emails and found one to ship to me on May 6th. I received it on May 22nd. I thought I would keep it since it was here. I figured out where they came up with one to ship to me on the 6th. They sent me a used, defective drone! It does not ever calibrate and has never worked at all. For 2 months I sent them videos and pictures of it not working. After much arguing with them, they said to send it back for a refund. They gave me very specific instructions to only send it back by USPS. I followed all their instructions to send it back exactly as they said. I paid $67.25 on July 18th, 2020 to send it back. Sept. 25th I received it back in the mail with a large notice on it that says, "AIR CARRIER REJECTED MAIL- YOUR MAILPIECE WAS REJECTED FOR TRANSPORTATION BY THE AIR CARRIER AND IS BEING RETURNED BECAUSE IT MAY CONTAIN POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS, PROHIBITED, OR RESTRICTED ITEMS THAT ARE INELIGIBLE TO BE MAILED. Why would they have me waste $67.25 trying to send it back to them when they know it won't work. They sent me a piece of junk because they didn't want to cancel my order and now I can not even send it back to them.
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in 60 years of life! They have absolutely ripped me off! Please do not give them any business. They are criminals!
