After I've bought a tv box from them and spent a week installing everything, I restarted the box and the date and time changed to somewhere in 2004. Tried to get relevant help from the after sale support but got irrelevant and non professional answers and needed to wait a day for each answer, while the box working worse each day (restarting itself, closing kodi several times a day, status bar disappearing etc.). Re-installed ROM just to realize it's exactly the same as the one installed, with the same problems. Asked to return the item for a refund and got an answer that you can only return it after a week... bad service and malfunctioned product.
UPDATE (5/2016) - I've sent the item back to the seller for a replacement and got another defective item... they would only refund me if I'll send the item back to them. I should mention that it took them 2 weeks to take the item I returned from the post office and another week to send a new (and defective) item to me. Paypal didn't help solving the problem with them.
To conclude - they just don't care what customers think about them and don't know how to give a proper customer service.
I am a long term buyer from Geekbuying and I must say I am 100% happy!

I ordered a phone on Feb 12th. And got the package on May 12th. Three months! That was the slowest shipping I have ever experienced. I was not happy about it, but I accepted it. I ordered a phone bundle with case and screen protector. Both the case and the screen protector did not fit with the phone. I contacted the customer service and attached pictures as proof. They replied saying I ordered the case and screen protector for the wrong phone model. This makes no sense as I ordered them through the bundle package along with the phone. They refuse to give me a refund or send me the right case/screen protector, and said I ordered the wrong items. Later they said they would only give me half refund for the case, and no refund for the screen protector. The back and forth went on for more than three weeks, as their customer service only reply at most once per day. The entire process makes me feel like they were trying everything they can to refuse refund and to blame the customer. I shared my story to all my friends, and now warning everyone to stay away from geekbuying. In the last email they sent me, they asked me to come on this site and give them a 5 star review, then I would receive a 4% coupon code. What a joke...

DO NOT ORDER. I bought a phone and it was sent with an incorrect address. Street was missing on label and could not be delivered, so it was returned to sender. I contacted customer service who advised that they will advise their drop ship location to fix the address. VERY OBVIOUSLY THEY DID NO SUCH THING AND MY PARCEL WENT BACK AND FORTH, STILL WUTH THE WRONG LABEL. NOW I SEE IT WAS DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS IN NSW. VERY BAD SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a mobile phone and forgot to add my adress in english. I sent an email to customer service who replied in less than 48 hours and we got all correct.
I wanted to buy a Huawei phone not sold in the U.S. They were never able to confirm the purchase and they also held the money in the meantime. Stay far away. Don't buy from China!
Ordered for 300 usd with expedited shipping, they took 2 weeks to process the order, then the item failled to clear the custom (probably because they've delared a low price to avoid me tax), Once the item get back to them it was a not possible to get a refund after nearly one week, they don't answer to emails in reasonable time and the chat operators (if available) always lie and find excuses. I've filled a Paypal dipute but they did not answer after 3 days, then I've filed a claim and guess what still no answer after 7 days, they asked me to cancel the disput then they will resend the product, be carefull, never do this, you will lose a way to get your money back. I am considering to file a chargeback with my credit card company, it's the only way to punish them as the will have to pay 100 usd chargeback fee to visa and 20 usd to paypal.
