The shipment was very fast, the ordered item was correct, the description of the goods was appropriate and detailed and the price was favorable. Everything was ok.
Bought One-Netbook One Mix Yoga mini PC from them in late June (Order# *******) Found a problem with defective charger, overheating, and constant freeze with device shut down by itself several times. My last draw was that when it wont start and the screen shows info. With error code, that PC has a hardware malfunction and need to be return to the manufacturer. I contacted Geekbuying After Sales right away (attached photo which shows exact problem) but no response until a week after simply saying, Kindly please try to reboot it. If you have another charger, please change it to have the item in fully charged. Any news, please keep us informed... well, the charger never worked from the start and i guess they are probably aware of that. This is a device over $450! And i think that they are trying to avoid dealing with any problem/return. Now, i fear that they are dragging my return request to fall out of their 2-weeks full refund period and it worked. It is now 17days already. If you get a device that is working, luck is with you, but if it does not, please just be prepared for a customer service nightmare and several months i can see for me to fight over a refund.
I paid over £260 for a Dobbie drone from Geekbuying. It developed a terminal fault after a month and a half. I tried to claim under guarantee only to be told
"GeekBuying offers 1 year warranty for the Consumer Electronics for example: TV BOX, TABLET, CELLPHONE, GAMEPAD, SECURITY ITEMS and so on(Please note that the RC quadcopters are not in the scope of this warranty)" In other words no replacement no refund. £260 lost.

Purchased a Xiami Mi Laptop 700EUR - what arrived was an empty box so this is complete online fraud. The retailer was a YI LIN of Bantain. There is no customer service - I am hoping I get a refund from PayPal or Amex. Avoid this company.
The item that i ordered isn't arrived and the support and service of geekbuying was excellent, they replied to all mails at time and threat the issue as well.
I bought a cleaning robot at GeekBuying since they were saying it would take 2-7 business days to process payment and a few more days for shipment.
After 10 business days the status was still "processing payment". I contacted them and they told me that they would pack and ship on the following days. Then, after 14 business days it was still showing "processing payment". The product was supposed to be a gift, so I need that to arrive on time. If they were taking so long to process payment, which is just a bad excuse in my opinion since I have paid already and so they had my money, I was wondering how long it would take for shipment.
I decided to cancel and buy the same product at another store. I received a message from GeekBuying right away saying that my order had been canceled and they would generate the refund to my account shortly, but it is still showing "processing refund" on my order. I never had such bad experience at any other store. I do not have the product neither my money. I do not recommend GeekBuying at all.
I have ordered from a dozen Chinese sites and this one is the only I had any problems with.
I asked availability for 2 smartphones I liked and they told me both were on stock so I decided to order one of them even if the color in stock wasn't my favourite. I specifically asked which one would be sent faster and they answered any of them cause they were IN STOCK.One week after payment is received via PayPal they send me an email telling me my phone will arrive at their warehouse 3 weeks later because its OUT OF STOCK, meanwhile they promote this batch of phones 30% off the price I paid.
I ask for anything from a refund to another model like the other phone I was originally interested in... THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER.
MY ADVICE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I saw a product there with a really good price, a friend told me, and i bought. Sometime later i had a problem with this and needed their help, so used live chat that solved my problem in 2 min.
This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Happy to sell at discount prices but as soon as something goes wrong, they are extremely evasive and unhelpful. They have appear to have no technical abilities and will not pay for return postage when an item is doa - apparently "too expensive" for them to afford even though this is the terms they sell under.
