A week past and i got a meesege from the seller that the item is sold out for now.The seller was very kindfull and suggest me some options and even gime the option to get cupon.At the end i chose to cancel the purchase and i saw the money back within two days. I purchased an item from geekbuying 2/5/2018. Shipping tracking told me the item was on the way. They said the item could take a couple of months, so I reached out to them 4/2018 asking what happened to the item. They told me to wait, because sometimes it takes a while. I asked for a refund when it still hadn't arrived. They then asked me to call the US post office to track down the item, saying it had left china already. I told them I had no US tracking number that I could use. They persisted to refuse to give a refund for the lost item. It is now 7/23/2018 more than 5 months later, and the item is nowhere to be found, this is their response to me from 4/14/2018

I preordered an alldocube iPlay 50 Pro at €149 from EU warehouse. There was a small delay in the shipment for which I was timely informed and I was also offered alternative shipment directly from China. They sent a defective phone. Over one year and still do not have my situation solved.
Communication with support does not act and does not provide contact for superior, have to explain the situation in every email over and over again and the problem is not solved or looks like it will be
I regret this buy and if it were now I would never ever done it.
UPDATE: I still keep sending emails and having to explain the situation over and over again with no possibility to talk with someone responsible and it has been MORE THAN ONE YEAR
