I've received the device with minor discrepancy in technical specification. Then I turned again to the seller. It's operator, Angelina fixed the mistake quickly and arranged sending me a right one. Thanks to customer support for quick response.
I've ordered numerous products from this store and never had any problems so far. The customer support is excellent and very flexible, the shipping was done fast with a priority shipment, which always arrived in around 2 weeks.

My problem with this company is with their communication. It takes ages before hearing back from them. That being said, do they deliver on what is promised and are they safe? Yes, they absolutely are. If you plan on making a quick purchase without needing to get in touch with the company, then this could be the right place to buy appropriately priced electronics.
Updated from one star. Initially I was very disappointed because I paid for 3-5 day express delivery, and it had not been even packed 5 days later. I tried their on-line chat tool and was told there was "nothing" that could be done to expedite the order. I decided to cancel, and I was surprised that the chat agent didn't seem to care. However, after leaving a negative review here, I was contacted by support and they offered to ship my item immediately. I offered to improve my review, they did NOT insist that I do. Therefor, I've upgraded the review to a 4 star experience. I wish the initial delay had not occurred, but I am very happy with the ultimate resolution. They made it right.
After 2 months of writing emails back and forward to them. They finally have settled the score and accepted to send me my money back.
I am not going to buy from any website abroad after this bad experience.
They are thieves, they sent me an empty shipment after I ordered Xiaomi phone for 450$ and waited for it 3 weeks. They told me that I have to file a complaint against my local courier which I did and still in dispute with them and now they are telling me that I have already got my cargo.
Ordered an android box from geekbuying paid the extra for DHL, contacted DHL who told me tracking number is wrong, this makes me believe that my item was not even shipped and will have to wait a month or more for my item. Seems I have been cheated out of the extra money I paid. Item is for a sick relative whos Birthday it is in a week. No communication from geek. Never again if this turns up in a month or more
Ordered a phone, waited 6 weeks but didn't get anything. Contacted customer service to ask the exact adress to which the parcel was sent (I changed the shipping adress shortly after ordering) but for some reason they are not able or willing to provide me with shipping details, even after multiple requests. However, I did got a full refund and was able to order my phone elsewhere. In the end I am left with mixed feelings but since I got my money back I am positive about the company and would consider shopping here again.

Geekbuying has become cooperative and repaired the item free of charge (including shipping). Communication was a big issue at times. I am now waiting for the item to arrive back, but have no reason to thing there will be a problem with it.
Geekbuying will not obey EU law and pay for shipping fees.
I bought a Jimmy JV85 Pro Vacuum cleaner that broke down less than 1y after purchase. Geek buying will repair, but will not pay for shipping fees, even though European law states the consumer must have the repair free on any expense, including shipping fees.

Absolute nightmare dealing with Geekbuying with a faulty laptop.
Order a laptop from them in February. Couple of months later the laptop display started to become corrupted.
Contacted Geekbuying support who claimed a faulty motherboard was not covered by their "warranty".
Offered €50 towards me getting it repaired myself, which is laughable for repair of a motherboard.
After quoting consumer law to them, they then insisted I had to ship the laptop to China at my own expense, even though it was originally sent from one of their European warehouses
I sent the laptop back to them and can see from An Post and China Post that the item is waiting for them to contact customs, but Geekbuying are claiming customs don't have the item.
Avoid these guys at all costs, terrible to deal with when things go wrong. Their tactic seems to delay delay delay until their "guarantee" expires after 1 year from when the goods were received.

Geekbuying.com are a scam company. I bought a treadmill for almost €400. It is faulty, they have kept me waiting for weeks, are ignoring my emails and now I am a lot of money down with a massive faulty item in my house. AVOID, AVOID AVOID. It appears they sell faulty products and do not give refunds. Devastated. Any advice from people in a similar situation on how to get my money back?

OnePlus 3 I bought turned out to be a fake one. The screen and housing have been replaced with non-original ones and NFC sensor doesn't work at all even though the phone was sold as "brand new". After-sale service doesn't answer my e-mails. This shop is a fraud.

Ordered a tablet. It took 1 month to deliver, didn't reach me and than returned back to them.
Support keeps talking same $#*!: be patient be patient. Their customers sometimes gets the item in 2 month, even in 3 month safely and secure. 3 month, Karl! This is what support wrote me.

After receiving bad service from another online shopping web site, I decided to try another (Geekbuying.com). I was hoping for better service, but it seems they follow the same business plan that many other Chinese online companies use. Take money now, answer questions later... Except, they dont even answer questions!
I placed an order for a mobile phone on 23/02/2018 using DHL express delivery. Today is 01/03/2018 and I have not heard a THING! The DHL delivery was supposed to be 5 - 10 days. I have no tracking number which means that DHL has not yet received the items to ship because they would automatically provide a tracking number to the client.
So... once again, careful who you deal with. I'm still waiting! What makes matters worse is that they do not respond to emails!
Lies about shipping the item 3 weeks now and still no product do not trust this site have contacted several times and get the same old story telling us it has shipped but on checking tracking number no movement whatsoever

I've bought a streamer that stopped working 10 minutes after first use. Their customer service is really bad as they copy paste messages such as "send us the product back...". No real support.
Also - they hide the bad reviews. I asked them to publish my bad review several times and they just ignored it.
Bought 2 tv boxes from their EU warehouse, very good price. One worked very well, the other had defective software. They were very helpful in trying to get it up and running, but the manufacturer's firmware was simply a bust (in multiple versions). They took the machine back, refunded the money in full plus the postage, nad never left me hanging on an email. Overall, I was very impressed, and if the second tv box had worked, it would definitely have been 5 stars. Still, mistakes will happen, and Geekbuying showed that they were miles above most of their competitors in dealing with a manufacturer's issue that they could have easily dodged. Hats off...
