Ik cancelled this order the last minute before shipping and Geekbuying did it's best to stop the shipment.

I have to admit that when I've seen for the first time the ads about this website it seemed suspicious. I went all over the place to read about it before I made the first purchase. However, I was instead amazed by the speed of delivering the products, the easy to purchase and last, but least, the products I've got itself. Tracking the transportation was impeccable as well. The electric byke that I purchased fully corresponded to the one advertised. Too bad the front tyre was flat and the tube had to be replaced. Not a big deal, but nevertheless unpleasant. I was also somewhat dissatisfied with the delivery time which was significantly longer than expected and advertised. In addition I have not succeeded so far to obtain a decent customer invoice mentioning the Euro amount that I paid and the applicable VAT.
I am not sure whether I will buy from this website again.

Bought a E Scooter, was really happy as I got it in few days, but few weeks later the scooter stopped suddenly, I raised a ticket with the After-sale service, since today no solution was found to repair it or refund me, they asked me to send back from Ireland to Poland which will cost me 100€ and they don't pay for this, the worst after sale service I've even seen, and it's been 3 months no solution was found... so all is good with them if you have any problem you are screwed

I returned something to them that was faulty, they keep delaying the refund as they are "Waiting to hear from their warehouse". I provided proof that the item had been received (thank God I sent it by Recorded Delivery), they still won't give me my money. They now say I have to wait 7-14 business days for my refund to appear in my bank. That's strange, THEY HAVEN'T GOT MY BANK DETAILS! Work that one out. I would like to send a message to their Managing Director, anyone know his email address?

Ordered a pair of headphones. I have issues with the product. Tried contacting them via email... nothing, asking questions... nothing.
Even the damn rating system is made to fit only them. I placed an objective 1 star review 2 weeks ago. I described in detail what are the problems but I still have no answer and the review was not published. Of course adding another review is not possible because the systems won't allow it.
Keep away from these scammers. They allow only positive feedback on their products and no support is available in case of a problem.

They directed me there without contacting the repairman. I haven't been able to get my bike repaired for about a month. My warning to everyone, do not buy anything from this site!
Today is November 8th and they still haven't put the engine on the road. Enough about an incredible site. Give my money back. I want all my money. They couldn't fix a bike for 2 months
I still haven't received any results regarding my transactions. They respond to emails within 2-3 days. Don't buy anything from here. They could not verify the address for 1 month. Finally, I asked for a refund. And I'm still waiting for them to come back. I was doing Deliveroo in Dublin. But I haven't been able to work for 2 months because of this company. They have to cover my losses. Because they couldn't repair the bike for 2 months. And I wrote in my first email that I was working as Deliveroo. But they don't care. They absolutely don't care if your products break.
I am attaching the date I first sent an e-mail as a photo below. The date is September 27. That's incredible. The worst site I have ever seen in my life. Who will cover my 2-month loss? I haven't been able to use my bike for two months? Even though it is under warranty!
