Came with no receipt or return information. Called the number online to be told after 30 minutes that they were busy and I should try again later. DO NOt buy from them. The shirt I received wasn't worth $2
Ordered a final fantasy tactics piece that looked amazing - when i received it the item was clearly printed off of a computer printer in the lowest quality possible.
Unbelievably frustrated that I got scammed. Very concerned about having my CC info stolen.
Do not purchase from this company. I received a shirt that wouldn't fit a toddler, asked for the next size up, they send the same size over again, don't believe they did that, treat the customer like some kind of lying thief and then ignore requests to deal with the situation. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Would never deal with these scumbags again. Calling credit card company today because they refuse to refund for their continued errors. Nightmare.
Ordered several items online. Took 6 weeks to process my order. When I receive the items, items received were not what I ordered. Received 2 shirts of the same kind, missing one of what I ordered. Still missing another that still has not even shipped. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have called their customer service phone number, but get an automated answer, can't even leave a message. Worst company, with really bad customer service. My suggestion is to don't buy from this company or any that is affiliated with them.
I ordered through a sub company called Rockingthetees.com. Like many of what everyone said, quick to put in processing so no refunds. No one answers phone calls, emails are met with automatic replies and when you give the detailed info to the reply guess what, its the same auto reply. I have contacted my CC company and called spam on FB to have them removed.
Same as everyone else. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. This company has been awful. I placed an order, they charged my card right away. One month now and still have not received the item. Shipping said 5-10 days. Then said due to Corona virus please allow the full ten days. Well it's been over 30. I get automated responses on emails and lots of corona virus excuses (which we all know the shipping has only been slightly delayed during this time, nothing like over a month) When I call they said again due to corona they aren't taking calls (why can't you receive phone calls during the virus?) I have requested a refund and cancelled my order. Very unprofessional, unethical, dishonest company. DO NOT ORDER from them.
This company has stolen my artwork multiple times. They never remove it once I email them. They are a horrible company who tries to profit from stealing copyrighted images from struggling artists. I am extremely close to suing them for this.
Placed order of over $100. Paid extra to have it rushed and delivered by 1/11/22. Here it is 1/17/22 and I still don't have my order. Tried to cancel and was told couldn't do that. Then ironically, my order was allegedly shipped on 1/14 and won't be delivered until 1/24. I asked for a refund of my shipping charges and was told "no". Poor customer service. I will never order from them again and I will not be letting this go. Consumers beware!

I placed an order that was suppose to be delivered almost a month ago, I called number and it does not give me the option to speak with anyone or to leave a message. I have emailed with no response very disappointed. Will never order from this site. I even paid extra for earlier delivery and we are way passed the estimated deliver even if I had no pd for an earlier date. I will give them another week and will report to BBB if I have not received order.

My order finally arrived... after 1 email advising it had been delivered to wrong address and 2nd email within an hour telling me to collect from post office!
Opened the parcel... the t shirt looked NOTHING like the advertised one and as for size... I ordered 4XL it was barely a size 12 (uk). Contacted them got email back... unless damaged no refund!

Called and they said that they are closed for the "holiday". It's Feb 2nd...when did groundhog day become a holiday? Should have gotten my delivery by Jan 30th which was close to when I needed it and paid extra fees to get it. My son's birthday came and went and I'm mom with no present. $37. For a tee shirt is really high imo. I wish I had checked these reviews first, reviews I've seen are all negative. I am posting this to the Redskins group where this business popped up, and to my Google Guide review account. Scammers at worst, a business that should not exist at best!

This company does not have enough checks in place to make sure stores and products are legit. Scammers are stealing logos from small business and clubs and creating shops that are only up for a 1-3days, then posting the links on our facebook page trying to get our fans to buy the products. As fast as we can delete them, and ban the person who posted it, another one is created via the GearLaunch platform under a different URL. By then, the store is over, scammers made their money and the "legal team" doesn't care.

Ordered a T-shirt that was supposed to be endorsed by a member of my veterans group (found out later he knew nothing about the item) when I ordered the t-shirt I choose the least expensive shipping. When I paid for the item it charged me over $10 for shipping. Also I have never received a confirmation number and when I sent a email to there customer support it bounced as non-existented. I contacted two of there listed numbers only to get a message of "Goodbye " and it hangs up.
Folks this company is a fraud if every there was one.

Never received my Father's Day shirtThat was due to arrive on June 2. Have not been able to reach anybody on the phone due to the pandemic I'm really lost for words this is a real big setback did not get an email announcing of the delay my hands are tight don't know what to do
I haven't received a shirt yet however I paid for one from the rescue that I got my Fur baby from and then I come to find out that gear launch took it upon themselves to make the T shirts, send it out as though it was coming from the research and telling me how there's only one day left to order. Nothing is going to the rescue and the rescue had nothing to do with promoting them using their logo.
