Thank you for contacting us. Your order has been delivered to customs in your country. Once the process with customs is completed, the package will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery. This may take a few weeks depending on current shipping rules in your country. The tracking number was sent automatically to your email address. We recommend keeping an eye on it until the order is delivered.
For some internationally shipped orders, tracking may end once it reaches the destination country and we are unable to follow tracking for international carriers after that point. You should receive your package as soon as the customs officials release it.

I ordered a Tshirt from this site on FB. The photos looked good so I ordered the shirt with my hometown screenprinted on it. Cost me $42.58 I am not at all happy with it. Very shoddy printing. Cheap, cheap, cheap looking. So bad that I refuse to wear it. They refuse to give me a refund since I got what I ordered.

One of their users just grabbed one of our photos, put it on products and now trying to sell it to our fans. Actively in our facebook DMing people to buy this fraudulent merch. I'm in touch with Shopify to let them know what their merchants are doing. Do not buy, use or work with this company. E-mailed them a month ago about this - they did nothing! What a surprise.

I did my order online 12/2/23 a b-day gift for hubby, on 12/10 rcvd email my order has been shipped, with a tracking # that shows NO MOVEMENT at all w/ an eta of 12/11. I sent 4 emails and got zero response. I'm so disappointed looks like I got scammed, they got my money, and no gift for my husband. There is NO CUSTOMER service I'm unable to speak with Noone. My experience with Gearlaunch is not as a buyer but as a victim of copyright infringement and identity theft (third part I suspect.). My identity was copied on Facebook and then used to sell a product line of t-shirts, mugs, sweaters, hoodies etc using one of my photos of a skier in the USA Paralympic Ski Team and by using my identity as part of their design. The party 'posing' as Luc Percival then went on to spam my Facebook followers and friends giving them the impression that my business Luc Percival Photography was selling merchandise through Gearlaunch. All this has been reported to Facebook. I have also contacted Gearlaunch to ask that they cease and desist immediately, but they have not. The items are still for sale and the infringement is flagrant. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. My suspicion is that it a scam / totally fraudulent.
I've attached an example of the page upon which this merchandising is being sold.

This company Stoled my son's bands Logo and I wanted to cancel my order of course and i get no reply back on canceling my order. Just a tracking email that is bogus. I am out $100 and after reading these reviews i guess i won't get the product either.

I ordered a t-shirt for $24.95 which I thought was high to begin with. It should have come to $34.16 with shipping and tax. When I completed check out, the price shot up to $53. I paid through PayPal and immediately opened a case. Because I didn't receive any confirmation on the order or had no other proof of the total, I lost the case and got stuck paying that amount for a t-shirt. This company is a rip off. There's no contact, no emails, no order confirmation. Every time I tried to email them, it would say error please try again. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

When someone places an order, they receive a confirmation email to the email address entered during the purchase. Then they receive a new email with a tracking number when the order has shipped. We ask customers to make sure they check their spam folder just in case those notifications were sorted incorrectly.

Gearlaunch is a business that profits from stolen IP. It is as simple as that. They claim to be a "platform" only and that it is not their responsibility if patrons illegally use their "platform" for theft. At least once a month for about the last six months, my business's social media gets flooded with posts "platformed" by Gearlaunch. They respond to hundreds of our social posts with a link to a Gearlaunch online store. It that looks like my business officially sponsors it because they use our logo. They also tag hundreds of our social media followers in those posts making it look like my business has started selling swag through Gearlaunch. Then scammers in conjunction with Gearlaunch print and sell swag with our logo without our permission while both the scammers and Gearlaunch profit from the sales. Gearlaunch prints and distributes the swag with the unauthorized use of our logo that has been purchased through their platform. Gearlaunch pays lip service and will ban that store after the damage has been done. When they ban one group that targets my business two more pop up with the exact scam. They do nothing to prevent the illegal use of IP. The most basic minimum due diligence, like reaching out to the business, could stop much of the problem. They won't do that. I have also repeatedly asked to know how much, if any, swag was sold without our permission. They won't answer that question. This takes up so much of my time, reporting, blocking, banning, dealing with an unapologetic Gearlaunch, explaining to customers who were tagged that we are not selling swag through Gearlaunch, and it is causing a real loss of revenue for my business. All one has to do is look at their reviews here and online to see that they don't care about the damage their lack of oversight causes to many businesses.

They have different people/accounts solicit your Facebook page or social media with your stolen logo and selling it without the permissions of the owner of the trademark logo and Company. Emailed them to take it down and their response was that they would let the third-party know. Two days later it started back up with fake accounts selling our logo on sweatshirts. The number leads to no where.

Called and they said that they are closed for the "holiday". It's Feb 2nd...when did groundhog day become a holiday? Should have gotten my delivery by Jan 30th which was close to when I needed it and paid extra fees to get it. My son's birthday came and went and I'm mom with no present. $37. For a tee shirt is really high imo. I wish I had checked these reviews first, reviews I've seen are all negative. I am posting this to the Redskins group where this business popped up, and to my Google Guide review account. Scammers at worst, a business that should not exist at best!
