I order two tees for Father's Day on May 9th 2020. I just received them today June 23,2020. The quality is very bad! The shirts are faded and so not worth the amount I spent. I wouldn't waste any money on this company!
Received my order and the quality is terrible. While the image was on the shirt, the shirt was super small and uncomfortable to wear. Company refuses to take shirts back. Working with credit card company now. This company is a scan. Over priced with terrible quality. Don't buy from them.
I ordered 2 shirts on May 25th for Father's Day and have not received anything. I have emailed multiple MULTIPLE times and get no reply except the same automated response. I've tried to call them many times also with no response. At this point I want a refund but I'm not sure I'll ever receive anything! Horrible company, if you would even call it a company! Do NOT order from them!
Been writing this company concerning my order and didn't get anyone to respond except thru some automated machine. Finally today I get a more " personal email" claiming that Covid is causing the delay and they are looking into the matter as where my status currently is. I suspect they will tell me the same thing I see. IN PROGRESS. I imagine my shirt will always be in progress and that I have been ripped off. This was a Fathers Day gift and with any luck I might get it by next Fathers Day 2021. Lesson learner. Buyer beware. Dispute will follow if I don't get my shirt. This crap about following guide lines in nonsense as I have bought many items online after I purchased this and they all have arrived. This company is doomed as I think the BBB will get involved.
I ordered several shirts with the family name for us to wear Christmas and here it is Christmas Eve and No Shirts! I am going to look stupid tomorrow when I tell them I STILL don't have them. And since they are Christmas themed we will have to wait a whole year to enjoy them. That is IF they ever show up. They got my money and ran apparently!
I placed an order on April 30th and on May 1st it went into "Production" and said would arrive between May 15th and 19th. Those dates passed any my inquiries were met with automated responses saying I would receive confirmation when it shipped. I sent another email asking for a response and threatened cancellation of payment if not response received and was told I would have to wait as nothing could be cancelled when the order was in Production and that was stated on website. I was also told, there was no leadtime available for my order either.
This company takes your payment and immediately puts items in production status to prevent you from cancelling the order and then does not provide you with your goods. I currently have a dispute raised against then via PayPal.
Do not order from them!
This place is terrible. I placed an order on May 29th. Was supposed to arrive on June 12th i still have not received anything not a confirmation email a new delivery date anything. I can't track my package. It is impossible to talk to anyone. Nobody has responded to my emails. I spent 150 dollars to get shirts for my daughters graduation party and they aren't even her.
I ordered a Father's Day T-shirt for my husband on June 13, it is now July 19 and still have not received it! I have tried to reach out to customer service and all I get is an automated message, I've tried to call and just get an answering machine. I think I've been scammed!
I ordered a tshirt and a sweatshirt from luxfashion and it stated that it was fulfilled by GearLaunch. These are the worst products I've ever bought online. The print is faded and horrible and the product is cheesy.

Poor print on a old shirt, 2nd (replacement)shirt better. But print poor & to far down the shirt, Not a chest print more a Belly print! Print looks nothing like the advert

Just found our own copywrighted material being offered here. Shameless, and illegal. Will be filing suit. They promote and enable stealing of original work; furthermore, based on everyone's reviews, they are a scam/incompetent site that usually doesn't provide the product, which gives a bad reptuation to the people whose art they are stealing (since the buyer assumes the artist is behind this, when actually they have no clue). Do not support this site. From the reviews, it sounds like you will get ripped off. If, by some miracle, you actually recieve your product, you are supporting theft and copywright infringement. Their phone number leads nowhere--not surprising for a scam site.

I will never order another thing from this site. I ordered shirt on June 1st of 2020 and was then given 6 different delivery dates. The last date being June 18th. Still dont have shirt. Try and get customer service am told they have limited hours due to CVOID 19. Send message keep getting this stupid automatic response. Im talking to my lawyer to see what I can do and also contacted my bank. WHAT LOUSY SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN
I made the order, paid for it, and received exactly what I ordered, in good time, considering I'm in the UK, and it came from Utah. The Tee is good quality cotton, the printed design is accurate, and as it's an RAF Squadron Crest, accuracy is important. Well done!

I ordered a shirt on June 4th with expected delivery June 18-22. On June 5th received an email that the shirt was printing and I should receive shipping information in a few days. Shipping info never came. On June 22nd I tried calling, no answer, so I emailed. Received a generic email stating that orders are late due to covid and I should receive shipping confirmation within 10 business days. On July 6th I emailed again with no response. On June 11th I called and disputed the transaction with my credit card company.
I wish I looked at the reviews on this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They overcharge and promise delivery ranges for extra fee that are missed by DAYS. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. STAY AWAY. Lost $100 plus wasted an expensive purchase.

Received an order that was not the right size sent it back at my own expense three months ago. Still haven't got a replacement. Terrible service would probably never order from them again.

Answer: I ordered from this company. They claim their phone is technical difficulties. They took my credit card as American pride. I shut down the credit card with a dispute. I have also turned them in to BBB and they also had no results. Have been told the package was in transit, but now that tracking number is no longer found. Will never do business with them again
