I ordered items from them, received the items and noticed they misspelled alumni. When I contacted them they made the claim that this is how they printed them. They refuse to correct or remedy their mistake. This is poor business practice. All of their items are misspelled. Don't order from them.
Unbelievable that I even have to give them one star. They misspelled the word 'with' and won't replace my item or refund me the money. Terrible customer service and quality control. Will never order from them again.

A scammer is repeatedly posting a stolen sketch on t-shirts and sweatshirts to sell on a public Facebook group (Somes Sound 12 ½ sailboat group) under fake Facebook profiles using the GearLaunch webshop platform. In researching this its clear that GearLaunch is hiding behind their third party agreements claiming they are not responsible, but yet they continue to provide a means for scammers to scam and do nothing to stop it despite the endless complaints. Sending a complaint to their legal dept, as they repeatedly advise, is useless.

Once the process with customs is completed, the package will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery. This may take a few weeks depending on current shipping rules in your country. The tracking number was sent automatically to your email address. We recommend keeping an eye on it until the order is delivered.
For some internationally shipped orders, tracking may end once it reaches the destination country and we are unable to follow tracking for international carriers after that point. You should receive your package as soon as the customs officials release it.

One of their users just grabbed one of our photos, put it on products and now trying to sell it to our fans. Actively in our facebook DMing people to buy this fraudulent merch. I'm in touch with Shopify to let them know what their merchants are doing. Do not buy, use or work with this company. E-mailed them a month ago about this - they did nothing! What a surprise.

I ordered a Tshirt from this site on FB. The photos looked good so I ordered the shirt with my hometown screenprinted on it. Cost me $42.58 I am not at all happy with it. Very shoddy printing. Cheap, cheap, cheap looking. So bad that I refuse to wear it. They refuse to give me a refund since I got what I ordered.

Three different facebook fake accounts tagged tons of customers and commented on many posts with the link to these unauthorized shirts. This is clearly a scam designed to make my customers seem like we were trying to push these shirts on them. Terrible business. Need to do better due diligence to ensure their third party vendors they hide behind are authorized.

It sucks because I really wanted the Father's Day shirt I ordered, I ordered it a month prior. You won't reach customer service there is a number and email also gear launch has a social media which I reached out to. No response. The call and emails are the same automated messages after you send the info they request. I just would play it safe and not order anything affiliated with this company also be sure to do a check because looks like they change up their name. Had to call my bank get a refund for not receiving my product. I would rate 0
We ordered to items and payed both but only one was delivered. No reply on emails. Seems like a fraudulent site/company with a business model of charging people and don't deliver the purchase but keep the money. I recommend to not buy anything here.

I ordered a t-shirt for $24.95 which I thought was high to begin with. It should have come to $34.16 with shipping and tax. When I completed check out, the price shot up to $53. I paid through PayPal and immediately opened a case. Because I didn't receive any confirmation on the order or had no other proof of the total, I lost the case and got stuck paying that amount for a t-shirt. This company is a rip off. There's no contact, no emails, no order confirmation. Every time I tried to email them, it would say error please try again. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

When someone places an order, they receive a confirmation email to the email address entered during the purchase. Then they receive a new email with a tracking number when the order has shipped. Tried to cancel my order a few hours after I made it, but never got a response. Sent 2 more emails requesting a cancellation, but never heard a single word until my order was being shipped, so naturally, the super helpful customer service person pointed out that it was too late to cancel. He also mentioned I should have contacted support earlier.

Answer: I ordered from this company. They claim their phone is technical difficulties. They took my credit card as American pride. I shut down the credit card with a dispute.
