Question:

They never answer the phone number on their website. they never respond to messages or emails. is this company a scam?

Answer:

I ordered from this company. They claim their phone is technical difficulties. They took my credit card as American pride. I shut down the credit card with a dispute. I have also turned them in to BBB and they also had no results. Have been told the package was in transit, but now that tracking number is no longer found. Will never do business with them again

You can not get customer service by phone, or by email. My delivery date is past due

I have a charge on my bank card for $73.08. i do not recognize this website. it was on 10/29. please send me the purchase number and picture of item.
