Multiple emails to customer service have not been acknowledged let alone answered.
I received a frey hoodie instead of the black one I ordered.
No response at all.
Not good enough.

I ordered a shirt from FLTee.com that has a misspelled design FLAW that I didn't notice until I received it in person. They refuse to offer any resolution to my issue, passing the buck and saying there's nothing they can do about the design being flawed -- not even issuing a refund.

If you order ANY shirt from a business powered by GearLaunch, PUT YOUR DESIRED ITEM UNDER A MICROSCOPE BEFORE YOU BUY IT, OR SAY HELLO TO WASTED MONEY. The shirt I bought ended up being an EXPENSIVE DUST RAG.

!BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a shirt from this BOGUS company and luckily paid for it thru PayPal they sent me a fake tracking number and a fake tracking site and then told me that it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors and such. Lucky I know the postal worker. I gave him the tracking number and he informed me that there was no such tracking number and that it isn't even the format that they use.

Do not buy from this company or you'll regret it! I should've looked up reviews before dealing with this company as I now see that I wasn't the only one they did this too!

I ordered a Mother's Day onsie on April 15th with a delivery date of 5/1. Still onsie. Gearlaunch blames it in EWPeople, they blame ir in Gear Launch. Today I received a notice it would be delivered 5/15. This was my Daughter's 1st Mothers Day and that has come and gone. Refused to give refund. Should have checked with BBB beforehand... unaccredited. Am dealing with PayPal now. DO NOT USE THEM. Unprofessional and very, very poor customer service!

Shady company

GearLaunch is a shady company they are letting Indian spammers posts hundreds of posts per day on our Facebook business pages selling T-shirts they have no rights to print. We have contacted Intellectual *******@Ford motor company and the Legal department tells us GearLanuch does not have any right to print the Merchandise. We have our Legal team trying to contact them but Apparently they disconnected the phones

Gearlaunch is a business that profits from stolen IP. It is as simple as that. They claim to be a "platform" only and that it is not their responsibility if patrons illegally use their "platform" for theft. At least once a month for about the last six months, my business's social media gets flooded with posts "platformed" by Gearlaunch. They respond to hundreds of our social posts with a link to a Gearlaunch online store. It that looks like my business officially sponsors it because they use our logo. They also tag hundreds of our social media followers in those posts making it look like my business has started selling swag through Gearlaunch. Then scammers in conjunction with Gearlaunch print and sell swag with our logo without our permission while both the scammers and Gearlaunch profit from the sales. Gearlaunch prints and distributes the swag with the unauthorized use of our logo that has been purchased through their platform. Gearlaunch pays lip service and will ban that store after the damage has been done. When they ban one group that targets my business two more pop up with the exact scam. They do nothing to prevent the illegal use of IP. The most basic minimum due diligence, like reaching out to the business, could stop much of the problem. They won't do that. I have also repeatedly asked to know how much, if any, swag was sold without our permission. They won't answer that question. This takes up so much of my time, reporting, blocking, banning, dealing with an unapologetic Gearlaunch, explaining to customers who were tagged that we are not selling swag through Gearlaunch, and it is causing a real loss of revenue for my business. All one has to do is look at their reviews here and online to see that they don't care about the damage their lack of oversight causes to many businesses.

I would be cautious about using any e-commerce seller that utilizes Gear Launch and would recommend e-sellers to find a more knowledgeable platform to run their e-commerce business.

I wanted to order a hoodie from a site supported by Gear Launch. I got to the checkout and noticed I was being charged sales tax for this item. My ship to address is in Massachusetts and in Massachusetts clothing is generally exempt from sales tax (there are a few exceptions, but none applied here). I messaged Gear Launch and included a link from the Massachusetts General Laws supporting my claim.

Gear Launch replied they're an e-commerce company and are required to collect sales tax because of nexus. Which is true to an extent.

I replied that yes, under the Wayfair case the Supreme Court did away with physical nexus requirements and now e-commerce companies do need to collect sales tax, but what did not change is that if an item is not taxable in a brick and mortar store then it's not suddenly taxable on the internet. The items subject to sales tax and the rates applied to them are the same whether I go down to the local store and buy the item or order from a site that made the mistake of choosing GearLaunch as their platform.

They really need to invest in a solid sales tax platform. There are 50 U.S. states, but there are over 11,000 sales tax jurisdictions in the United States. They don't all have the same rules and you can't rely on some garbage software and claim it complies with current regulations when it in fact does not.
