Ordered the wrong size tshirt. The customer service lady was great. She quickly had a new shirt reprinted and sent out to me. The quality was fantastic. Definitely a fan.

I placed my order for 2 graduation tshirts. I then decided to add a 3rd one, but could NEVER reach a person. Finally, I contacted my credit card company to cancel the order. The website disappeared, the phone number always rings several times, but NO ONE ever answers, the email address doesn't exist. DESPICABLE DISGRACEFUL DISGUSTING DEPLORABLE

I ordered 3 shirts on june 10th and have not received them I will not be riding from the company again I have email and call and they have not go back to me
I ordered a t-shirt for a birthday on May 31st. I ordered it May 16th. The estimated delivery date was May 28th - 30th. Perfect. On May 24th, I received an update that the delivery date was now estimated to be May 30th - June 3rd. I contacted the company and said that I needed it on time or not at all. They said, "We don't guarantee delivery times." You will get it when you get it. No cancellations. I would not order from them again.
Came with part of the sleeve not sewn. They wanted pics so I sent 5 and still nothing. Very disgusted and disappointed.

I have been getting unwanted spam emails from this awful company for a long time despite blocking, subscribing etc. Zolostyles.com, teesprint, teenice, nicetees and support@ tees.com All come under the umbrella of gearlaunch. I have no interest in ever buying "viking" based merch and never have. THIS COMPANY IS LIKE HERPES I JUST CAN'T GET RID OF THEM!
I brought four t-shirts it's supposed to be two reds and two blue but I got four reds can this be fixed how can I send it back to get the blue shirts

Ordered shirts for a birthday present in May guaranteed delivery for June and still no shirts as of today.
This is a direct message i received from one of their "social media marketers" (spammers), who didn't like me understanding that the t-shirts they were pushing are from their employers GearLaunch. This is how they react (I starred out the word, and can't read hindi for the rest). The CEO Thatcher Spring should truly be ashamed.

The reason why we request pictures from the products received is because our production team requires visual verification so we can save our clients the trouble and expense of a return, and process a correct replacement at no extra cost immediately.
I see that on September 16 you replied to one of our customer service agent’s email by sending pictures of the item received and that today, you contacted us by phone and were informed that a replacement of your order is in the works.

Answer: I ordered from this company. They claim their phone is technical difficulties. They took my credit card as American pride. I shut down the credit card with a dispute. I have also turned them in to BBB and they also had no results. Have been told the package was in transit, but now that tracking number is no longer found. Will never do business with them again
