After reading several reviews that did not sound very promising I decided to take a chance. I ordered a T-shirt for my husband according to the measurement guide given. I ordered this on Sept. 2nd and it arrived on Sept. 9th. IT WAS PERFECT! The company sent several e-mail updates along the way letting me know it had been shipped. I'm glad I took a chance.

This site is a breeding ground for people to copy and sell other peoples hard work. I am amidst an ongoing battle with them to have my artwork being sold by someone in Cambodia, who has no authorization by me to do so. Insane, and they better not say they're not legally responsible for it. They are the enabler and promote of such.

They do orders for 3rd party sites. I accidentally ordered shirts from such a site. As soon as you place the order you get an email stating your order is in production which makes cancellation next to impossible because it is "production". Since the site I ordered from did not have permission to use my clubs images, they provided a very lo res file for printing the shirt. They must have no quality control or I would think someone would question how poor the printing was. Money wasted. I guess I can wear for yard work.

It's very frustrating when you cannot get an answer or reach anyone a month after I ordered a shirt, and tracking says it's still processing! This was a Father's Day gift. It shouldn't take over a month to print up one T-shirt. Not very happy at all.
My experience with Gearlaunch is not as a buyer but as a victim of copyright infringement and identity theft (third part I suspect.). My identity was copied on Facebook and then used to sell a product line of t-shirts, mugs, sweaters, hoodies etc using one of my photos of a skier in the USA Paralympic Ski Team and by using my identity as part of their design. The party 'posing' as Luc Percival then went on to spam my Facebook followers and friends giving them the impression that my business Luc Percival Photography was selling merchandise through Gearlaunch. All this has been reported to Facebook. I have also contacted Gearlaunch to ask that they cease and desist immediately, but they have not. The items are still for sale and the infringement is flagrant. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. My suspicion is that it a scam / totally fraudulent.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a The Originals T-shirt. I had already filed for and received a full refund on this. It's a good thing too. When the tee finally arrived, it was made horribly. You can't even make out the characters' faces. The photos I took look better than the actual tee. I will not even wear it because it would be embarrassing. I would highly suggest you don't ever order from this company.

I'd give negative stars if I could! I had customers place orders through our site and gear launch is to fulfill them. Instead they have orders from beginning of May and when I reached out to their customer service they said they terminated my acct because of fraud purchases. No email, no warning. No communication. Just some extremely pissed off customers. They need to fix their mistake right now and give my customers their money back plus their orders. This is flipping ridiculous.

This company allows anyone to open a store, and most stores under GearLaunch are selling artwork stolen from many other artists and creators. An example is www.theworldshuts.com
A website powered by GearLaunch with all kinds of artwork from many well-known artists and creators.
Please do not reply with "GearLaunch doesn't operate these stores". GearLaunch Produces the merchandise and therefore have the responsibility to curate and approve the artists are legit and not random people stealing other's artwork.

This site appears to do absolutely nothing to verify that people are authorized to sell the copyrighted merchandise they allow them to link to from non-stop FB scams. Nor do they do much about people taking orders and not delivering. Then they fall back on the "we're just a platform". Turning a blind eye to fraud and relying on customers to police it for you is a garbage business model.

I contacted customer service regarding my order for a refund due to poor quality of the t-shirt. They would not refund me. I will never order from this company again and will tell others not to waste their money on this company. The description on the website only says it's made from Hanes tagless tshirts. The shirt feels like a thick, rough fabric that's itchy feeling. No body wants to wear t-shirts that are rough and thick! Good quality t-shirts are soft, comfortable and breathable. I am very disappointed that they went cheap with the material. I paid almost $30 for a cheap quality t-shirt. The shirt feels like a shirt you would buy at a $5 t-shirt store! Don't mislead future customers. Describe the type of fabric it is and it's texture before you fool someone else that they're good t-shirts!
This company has taken over 25 days on a shirt "being printed" and will not refund the money, "because it is custom." Even though, it clearly hasn't been printed. They cannot give a time when it will be completed or provide a tracking number. But it's custom and can't be refunded even though they probably don't even have the shirt to print on! A second shirt ordered is five days in production, but again they cannot say when it will be ready, but every email says they will check into it, but never seem to actually check into it. Have had other issues as well. They are less expensive on some items because they lack quality and basic customer service skills. I would have given them a 0 if I could have.
This company hires third world workforce that steals designs, uses awfully unlicensed merchandise, and pretty much all of their content is awfully stolen, stolen designs made on low quality images, use of very unauthorized merchandising. Sure, you guys might be raking some profits right now from this, but you will never establish yourself as a legit business by allowing this, and it's just a matter of time until few very high lawsuits come your way with which you will have to liquidate this company.
No, you're not doing anything about authorized merchandise, you're basically hiring these 3rd world people to spam all over social media, mostly Reddit where whole website is filled with scams filled out by your ''platform''.
I just sent out links to about 40 different big companies with links to websites powered by you where designs are clearly infringing upon their rights.

Too long of a story to get into but this company is stealing art, or at the very least, turning a blind eye while their "content providers" steal art and advertise through "dark posts" on FB. They go by many fake names and all their customer service contacts connect to a company customteesales.co who have the exact same physical address: 234 front st sam francisco, ca. Beware. If you see a facebook ad from "guns and roses fans" (e. G) It's probably them and it's probably bootlegged.
Answer: I ordered from this company. They claim their phone is technical difficulties. They took my credit card as American pride. I shut down the credit card with a dispute. I have also turned them in to BBB and they also had no results. Have been told the package was in transit, but now that tracking number is no longer found. Will never do business with them again
