“Great customer service”

I appreciate the fact that although the original seller's website is no longer valid and the post office had no record of the tracking number, I reached out to gear launch, and the customer service team made sure that you communicated with me in detail regarding my order. They also researched it for me, provided me with what I needed regarding my insurance on the delivery, and provided me with a replacement. Thanks for excellent customer service.
