Considering how much I spent for the protector and how this brand is highly sought after I thought they would've done a better job for protecting it for shipment.
The content and packaging were perfect, the only concern is about the shipping fees. Even I got the replacement for free but I paid C$ 11 to be delivered.
I am very satisfied with the replacement product. The only downfall is it took 9 days for the product to arrive but it's understandable since I live in Canada.

I got the new glass, there was a slight flaw in the bottom left corner. It was bent up a small about causing it not to seal correctly. I put in for another one to be sent out.
I have written to you a number and also told the peop; e at A T&T were I bought 2 of your Gadetguard about my problem but I don't seem to get any were I only get a number in the box to reg. Gadget Guard is a great company and I love their screen protectors. I have used them for 5 years now and have been saved multiple times from a broken screen. Before them, I had replaced three iPhone screens.
When I bought the new iPhone XS MAX, I had to get a new screen protector. I upgraded to the second to the top. It was my fault, but I didn't put the screen protector on correctly. Reaching out to customer service, I let them know my situation and asked if they wouldn't mind taking one for the team and sending me a new one without me paying for shipping and they obliged. I was stoked. When the new one arrived in the mail, it was not the rounded corners as I had previously purchased. I'm not giving them a bad review, because their product works and they did seem to try and make it right. However; I'm not even using the screen that was sent, I'd rather pay for shipping and get the much more upgraded version than one of original models that have sharper edges. It is what it is. Could have been much worse in the long run... Trying to keep thinking optimistically.
I replaced my and my husbands protector on the same day, as both were damaged. One showed up normally, One of the screens was already cracked on the corner when it arrived.
The $6 shipping fee for replacing your screen protector is ridiculous and then they shipped the screen protector me on a piece of cardboard and it was cracked. Huge waste of money
I feel that gadget guard was very organized and prompt with my replacement. The only problem is that I am confused if I needed to send my or done back or not
Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
