The glass was cracked upon receiving and I am not for sure if it was postal or just poor quality. I wont even deal with the warranty as you still have to pay 10 bucks and wait 7-9 days to get another.
Buy a different brand would be my suggestions to anybody who asks.
Love gadgetguard so much! It's been so helpful for me. The screen protectors work great and it is so easy to get them replaced. I've used this screen protector for over 3 years now and have gotten quite a few replacements but my phone has always stayed totally okay.
I went through 3 or 4 screen protectors from Amazon that all popped off as soon as I put on my case, and checked multiple stores that were out of stock before finding Gadget Guard. The screen protector fits and works perfectly and installation was quick and easy. Relief to find a quality product after so many disappointments.
This is the second time I have had to purchase a replacement protector under the warranty plan (basically just pay for shipping). Both times they arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Super easy install.

This screen cover has saved many of our phones. We have been using gadget guard for a long time. They are excellent covers and when something does happen to it, I just go online and order a replacement for $5. It's great! Totally recommend this product and company.
I actually bought two, one for each child. Both have already broken but they did it's job and protected the screen. Replacements were easy to get, although you have to pay for shipping, so it isn't free. Had to put on, though... even with the instructions.
This screen protector really does work great. Does the job of saving the phone screen from damage. My previous one didn't last as long as I thought it would, and was pretty destroyed after about 3 months of purchase. I also thought it had a lifetime warranty, but cost $25, although it's worth that. Happy overall.
Both my husband and I purchased Gadget guards with our new phones. My husband's popped off within 2 days. Even though we registered the products for the warranties, I think having to spend another $10 for shipping after having just spent $100 on 2 guards was not good business. I called my phone provider and did get a credit for a new one to purchase in store. Then a week later mine also popped off after my phone fell off a shelf a few inches from the floor. I realize having a curved screen gives more chances of this, but for $50 a pop it should have more adhesive.
If you were sold on the free warranty replacement it is not free. Goes into your cart at $0.00 then $12.95 is added to ship something that would cost $.70 to mail. You cannot pickup a replacement at the store you initially purchased it from as they like to force you into paying "shipping".
We purchased the black ice+ guard and the insurance x 2 phones just over a year ago. Cost was well over $400. The demonstration by the representative was impressive when he struck the phone with a hammer and it didn't break the screen. My wife's screen broke last November and they reimbursed her the $250 and the cost to replace was over $300. My screen broke this week when I had my phone in my back pocket and I sat on a seat belt. Not exactly a hammer. When I went to get it covered, understanding that this was a lifetime warranty, they chose to inform me that my warranty expired in December. I believe that I was misled by the representative on many fronts. This is an expensive waste of money and I do not recommend it.
I have replaced my screen protector 3 or 4 times already and it hasn't been a year yet I understand that it crack when I drop my phone the first time but this time I don't even drop it or remember hit it with anything I was just on my bed playing game then I saw a crack appeared. It nice that you can get another one for free with $10 shipping but if it cracks this easily then it's not worth the price and this is the first time in years that I have to replace this many screen protector
Screen protector broke in less then 3 days, then they charge you $9.99 to replace their product. They just rip you off on the replacement part cost. They should cover shipping after what they charge for their product
This screen protector broke very shortly after I got it. It also chipped the phone screen. I would've just left it as it was not bad at all but figured since I paid $50 for a screen protector with a warranty, I might as well use the warranty. I actually have insurance on the phone too, so my screen was replaced for nothing but now has no screen protector on it. When I submitted a claim to gadget guard to have the screen protector replaced they wouldn't do it. She said "that's not how it works" They only pay for the actual phone screen, which I didn't need paid for. Customer service was rude when I said the product broke and should be replaced under the warranty saying "again, that's not how it works". How stupid. They'll replace your screen up to whatever amount but not the product that was supposed to be protecting the screen.
A lifetime guarantee comes with the cell phone screen protector. However, you have to pay for the shipping at a cost of $7.99 each. I had 2 screens to replace. The packages arrived in thin cardboard envelopes not much thicker than a paper envelope. Both screens were completely shattered. I paid $7.99 each this packaging, seriously?
I contacted the company and they would not refund my money; but, they did agree to send out 2 more with "a bit" more packaging. They arrived undamaged. I give 3 stars for customer service only.
Refused to honor their $250 warranty, just 2 short months, after I purchased my brand new $1200 phone and $50 screen protector through Gadget Guard. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT. They have NO PHONES, and are extremely patronizing, condescending, and unhelpful in the chart box. Chat box is rarely open. I bought the Gadget Guard liquid through Verizon, who have been way more helpful than gadget guard. I HAVE NEVER had such a negative experience with any company, and am beyond disappointed that a company like this even exist. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!
When adding a registered device I could not find a way to delete it in the system. This is important so that the customers can remove their mistakes and avoid problems such as ordering a wrong replacement product.

Screen protector cracked just 3 days after installing as per manufacturers video instructions. This is the 3rd protector required in less than a year

You are able to order an endless amount of replacement screens and only required to pay shipping! It's great if you're like me & let your kids play with your phone, because they always manage to drop it & the screen protector does its job every single time.
Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
