AT & T recommended product and installed it. Didn't think much about it. It got a hairline crack in it but took about 2 seconds to get replacement. Fast shipping and no questions asked. Even put new one on myself. Wonderful.
I bought a screen protector from them because of their replacement policy. It cracked, so I went to their site. I used my receipt and information from the box to register; no hassle. I thought I'd have to wait 4 weeks or more, but it got here in less than 2. I only paid shipping.
I love Gadget Guard. This company really stands behind their products. I am a professional artist and am constantly trying to handle my phone with either paint on my hands or gloves on... and I drop it frequently. It takes a lot to get this thing to crack, but every once in a great while it happens, and Gadget Guard has risen to the occasion each time, and sent me a new glass cover with no hassle whatsoever! I was very hesitant to purchase such an expensive screen protector. But it's been the best decision I've made! Customer service was super helpful in registering my product. I was told by Verizon when u first bought it that all I needed was the box to register it. Turns out you need the receipt, which I did not have. Gadget guard allowed me to send in pictures of my box proving I purchased it so I could get the warranty. After dropping my phone face down on concrete the screen protector shattered and I had to get a new one. The process was supper easy, pay the shipping and tell them the address to send it to and it arrived in a few days. Super easy install and now my phone is good as new! Super happy with my "expensive" screen protector! It's protected my phone and their customer service has been more than helpful.
Lost my phone while riding my bike. Used iPhone finder and found it in the street screen side down. (Phone also had otterbox symmetry case) The screen was bulged cracked and shattered. Looked like it had been run over my a car. When I peeled off the gadget guard screen protector, I was expecting the whole iPhone screen to come off as well. But it was in perfect shape besides a few scratches on the edge. Replacement screen didn't come with plastic piece (plugs into charging port) that allows you to perfectly center screen guard, that was the only downside.

While at home on vacation, I stopped at the Verizon store in Moorhead, Mn to see if my screen saver could be replaced. The rep told me that it could and had a protection plan on it, only costing me under 8.00. Thank you for saving me lots of time, money and friendly helpful service and speedy delivery. Much more affordable than the 40.00 I was previously told.
You always think buying these things, and their "warranty" is just a way for you to buy their product, but when you need them to replace or fix something they give you the run around and never do anything for you. Not Gadget guard, thankfully just my screen shield shattered, and not my phone, but all I did was go online and say I needed a new screen. The didn't make me answer 50 questions to get it either! I simply clicked on "replace screen shield" and they put it in my cart. I paid $5 for shipping and it came to me. That simple! And the shield probably protected my actual phone screen from shattering. Definitely a happy customer, and have told so many about this awesome product and customer. I will always buy this brand for all of my phones. I'm about to order one for my iPad. Thank you Gadget Guard!
When I dropped my brand new phone, my heart skipped a beat. The Black Ice covering popped off but my phone was completely intact! I quickly placed my Black Ice back on and ordered my replacement. Best money you will spend as far as protection for your phone. I had dropped a phone in the past with so called protection, it cost approximately 200.00 to replace the screen. My phones will never be naked again.

I use my phone in an industrial setting. This device provides as good of protection as I could ever expect. In about five years of use, only once has it failed to protect the screen. That was due to a fall from about 5 feet to a stone that did not hit the protector, but rather to the side. Highly recommended.

I put one on my new iPhone 8+ and accidentally dropped it face down getting out of my car the next day. The screen protector cracked in several places but the phone screen was in perfect condition. Nothing more needs to be said in my opinion. It did its job flawlessly.
2 day shipping ended up being 5 day shipping and i cracked my actual screen waiting for my replacement. (I took the cracked protector off after 3 days thinking it would have to be at my house by then. But nope). Thanks gadget guard
They are very easy do deal with for warranty claims. My only concern was the replacement glass I received didn't have the little tabs attached to glass to make installation easier. The last one did but not this one. Other than that very pleased.
First of all don't get me wrong every time I have dropped my phone and it's been a drop that I know the screen would have cracked the gadget guard cornice 1.0 does the job and it cracks instead. I just wish it was a little bit thicker and more durable. The adhesive just barely sticks due to the curved glass of my Galaxy S8 Plus. It has a gap on both sides and the top tens to peel up a little bit but with a tiny bit of pressure it will stick back down for a while. I have not tried the cornice 2.0 yet, or seen one in person for that matter. Besides the durability and the fit to my curved glass screen the gadget guard does its job and successfully protects my phone. I've had my S8 Plus for just over a year now and this is my third Gadget guard cornice Edition.
I don't have words to how express my self, but not only the service but also the quality of products is good for, we all deserve the best and affordable price and you cannot find it every where, this is the place Gadget Gard.
Bought a screen protector for my laptop. No where did it say that you could not close the computer with the screen protector on. It broke the screen of my MacBook and now i have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it repaired. When i contacted them they said the guard says "removable" so the customer knows it can be removed. Nonetheless, it seems that it should say "remove before closing computer or your computer will break!" This seems very wrong.
Excellent company. Great warranty. I am finding however that the glass chips pretty easy. My wife had hers installed at Rogers and hers seems to be coming off at the sides, like the adhesion is weakening. Mine seemed good for the first one, it was my fault that I cracked it. The second and third time I'm not sure how it chipped.
I've never had to replace screen protectors the way I do with my S9+ They are constantly cracking and I am not rough on my phone. And yes, it is under warranty, but who are we kidding...? $9.95 for SHIPPING? And then, I had to pay a fee to keep the warranty in effect, because it was going to expire. Its getting really old.
I appreciate this product so much. It's nerve-stinging to remove a shattered tempered glass screen protector from your phone. The fear of a cracked iPhone screen is real. Thankfully, Gadgetguard did what it said it would do after my phone ate pavement. Happy to report that my phone screen was smooth and safe beneath this product.
I'm super hard on my phone and this screen protector does exactly what I need it to do. I'm very impressed with the strength and was very skeptical of the glass, but when it does crack or chip the warranty kicks in and ya get a new one! I will be buying these from now on!
Probably protects the screen but the actual product breaks way to easy. After installing the cover within the first week cracks in the product appeared without dropping or rough handling. Yes my phone did not crack but it would not have as the phone was never mis handled. I am sure I'm not the only one as my wife's brand new cover did the same. For 40 dollars it should be more reliable.

However, the curved glass does increase the damage potential for both the screen protector and the phone screen itself. Designing a guard that can both protect your device and still work well with your touch screen was difficult. Our Cornice Edition was the best technology available to meet those demands. It has stood up to rigorous testing by us and our distribution channels. You are certainly better off with the guard vs without, as it will still offer protection for your fragile curved screen. The guard is designed to absorb impacts and scratches so that your phone screen doesn't – this could happen on the very first day. If it is scratched or cracked that typically means it is doing its job and that is why we have the replacement warranty.
We are also sorry for any confusion around the warranty. Our product warranties are for the life of your device and do not require renewal. If you renewed a warranty, it is likely you also have a Guard Plus warranty, which provides coverage in the event of your phone screen itself breaking. That warranty is limited and can be renewed. If you renewed a warranty, that is the one you renewed.
