I bought this for my new S9 because the dealer said that if it ever broke it would be replaced for free. Well it's not "really" free to replace since they charge 10 bucks for "shipping". Also within 7 days the protector cracked. It is not well made and seems to crack very easy. Going to look for a different one. (I'm sure there ok with that since they have already made 60 bucks off me for something that probably costs 3 bucks to make)
Dropped my phone screen down on gravel and GadgetGuard took the hit totally protecting my phone's screen from damage. I had registered the product when I purchased it so they sent me a new one free of charge.
This is my 5th replacement. I have tried everything to keep it from coming off. I have even taken it to Verizon and they put it on. At $5.99 for shipping I have paid approximately $30.00 in shipping costs plus the original cost. Need something to protect my phone. If enlarge the photo you can see its coming off.
The quality of the product is fantastic. I've dropped my phone more times than I care to count on hard surfaces and the screen protector has cracked but never my phone screen. Replacements were sent as promised for shipping with no questions asked and delivered promptly.
I love that I can just go on the website, click a few times and I have a new screen protector on the way. It's so easy, and by now I'm not even intimidated to install by myself. I feel so much better about my phone being well-protected, too. I've gotten several replacements, and have never had an issue with them being cracked upon delivery.

My first on got a number of cracks on the edge from just being in my pocket. The replacement (paid $10 for shipping!) keeps coming up on one side. If I can get it to stay down and stop cracking on the edges, l'd be happy.
I don't like how you have to pay for shipping for a replacement. I'd prefer to pick up my replacement. I also felt the screen protector broke way to easily. It did protect my actual screen though.
I've had better screen covers than gadget guard's and will go with someone else next time.
Decent screen protector. I've replaced mine twice now. They only last about 6 months. Be forewarned that you must pay individual shipping fees for each replacement. I tried to order one for both my husband and I and it will not allow you to combine shipping. Kind of ridiculous for ground shipping if you ask me.
I have gadgetguard screen protectors on my phones, and those of my children. My son works in construction and sadly is phone pays the price. This company insures his screen, and warranties their glass protectors. Yes i pay for shipping on each one, but they've replaced quite a few for me. Won't buy any other brand
I love gadget guard screen protectors, I've been buying them since the S6. However this time I ordered thus new protector and it looks different so after watching the how to install video I realized my package didn't include the correct adapter for proper installation. I am currently waiting on a response from gadget guard on how to resolve this before I mess up affixing a 60 dollar screen protector. Hopefully they can send me the proper installation tools.
Not only does the gadget guard mess with my screen sensitivity, which makes it hard to type or click on anything, but the adhesive does not stick. I was able to get all the air bubbles out from underneath and 12 hours later they were all over the phone
Great product! Protects as advertised and enables me to use my phone without a clumsy rubber case. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received. The service has been quick and very satisfying.
THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD. SENT A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER THAT DOESN'T EXIST. PAID FOR THE PROTECTOR AND THEN THE COST OF THE SHIPPING. CAN ONLY CHAT VIA EMAIL WHICH TOTALLY SUCKS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Some people think it's pricey and/or difficult to apply. The guard and the company have served me very well. Only on my second one is over a year and a half. I'd be replacing my phone for LOTS more if not for gadgetguard even if I had to replace it more often.
What can I say... great product to protect your cell phone and warranty to keep it that way? This guard has protected my phone for a few years now and whenever the guard cracks, they send another one for only the price of shipping, $5.99
I bought my gadgetguard screen protector at a verizon store. They put it on for me and all was great until the following week when it cracked. I am a 60 year old woman and am not hard on my phone. I did not drop it. But the real trouble with this product is that you have to pay ten bucks in shipping for your free replacement. I think $40 was a lot to pay for this inferior product and would advise others to look for better options.
Had to travel a lot the last few weeks. Jet lag led to some amount of a lack of coordination that caused me to miss my pocket several times, with nothing but hard pavement to catch my phone. Given the chips and scratches in the gadget guard, my screen would have been toast without it.
I am in a wheelchair and still very active so that means my equipment takes a beating. My phone is one and Gadget Guard has kept my screen in beautiful shape. I have had to replace my GG protector at least 5 times and with their replacement guarantee it makes life so easy... Thanks Guys,
Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
