Not happy with this product. I'm going to keep ordering replacements until I find something better. The brand Verizon used to sell was so much better, no idea why they're offering this overpriced option now instead.

I love this screen protector! It's saved me so much money as a mom of a very active toddler who likes to throw things. I'm pretty sure that I would have had to purchase at least two new phones if I didn't have my gadget guard!

Having the warranty has saved me a ton of money because YES the screen protector is very durable but inevitably it always gets dropped face down. Just paying shipping to have the new screen protector sent is awesome! Will continue buying these products for all my electronics

I have had to replace my Gadget Guard screen protector after dropping my phone from four feet onto concrete. It protected my screen on a number of occasions. Their warranty is exceptional with free replacement.

The warranty that you get when you buy this product is legitimate. I always worry that it will be too much trouble to deal with warranties but Gadget Guard makes it so simple and hassle free. I highly recommend their products and their follow-up far exceeds what I've come to expect from dealing with other companies.

My wife and I not sure if we would like changing our screen protector but we are completely satisfied. Her screen protector broke within 3 days of having it because my daughter dropped phone onto a concrete walkway. We sent off the request for a replacement and received it without any issues. Customer service acts fast to replace broken glass covers. I typically receive them within 4-5 days. However, my screen cover has cracked or chipped at least 5-6 times now within a year of purchasing my first. I suppose the protector is doing its job, however, it seems to crack pretty easily. I will continue to use this protector as long as I have my Iphone!

Great product and quick service. They Always back their product and we have never had any issues with warranty service. I recommend having it put on at a cellphone store to ensure proper adhesion and cleaning of the screen.

Ordered a replacement and it got to me in about a week. Super easy and no issues at all. It's so nice not having to worry about sending back the old screen. I would recommend installing it somewhere without animal hair. Dust and small particles fly everywhere!

Quality product. Tempered glass guard didnt hold up to abuse by my toddler so ordered free replacement and just paid for shipping. Took close to a month to receive in Canada which was a bit of a pain considering it still cost $10 for shipping. Not the easiest to install myself as I had it done by Roger's Wireless when I initially purchased the phone but not as difficult to apply as some others.

I think the secret to a smooth replacement is to register your original purchase on Gadgetguard's site. I truly feel that the cost of shipping of less than $8 is better than paying for an entire accessory purchase at the phone store! Sprint store staff members are willing to apply the screen protector, which saved me the anxiety of doing it myself. Very pleased with this product and company!
