WAS TOLD IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 5 DAYS IT TOOK 3 WEEKS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DIDN'T HAPPEN JUST 1 TIME. BELIEVED THEIR LIE TWICE. WOULD RECOMMEND USING A DIFFERENT COMPANY. ALSO THE COMPUTER WAS NOT PLUG AND PLAY. HAD TO HAVE KEYS PROGRAMMED AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULDN'T HAVE TO. VERY DISHONEST PLACE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Great price and the warranty is also great and I will send the old ECU back to you.I did not receive a return envelope.

NEEDED AN ECM FOR AN ALL BUT EXTINCT VEHICLE AND FLAGSHIP ON DELIVERED ON THEIR PROMISE. WAS SIMPLE PLUG AND PLAY WOULD RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR SURE!
Flagship One advised me of the PCM shipment and asked for a "5 Star" rating for the notification. Was the absolute best notification I have ever received - no but good.
Then asked the same for the PCM - it was installed and worked as it should. Should a company receive a "5 Star" rating for providing its products? (they should work as advertised).
Overall, my purchasing experience was satisfactory and I'm hoping the PCM will continue to function correctly for many years to come.

I was very happy with the product, it is exactly what I ordered and works perfectly.
The order too quite a bit longer than expected time frame.
Once item was ready to freight it was delivered reasonably quickly.
Communication around the delay could have been better.
After a small sample the unit is performing well. Programming and shipping took longer than anticipated, but I'm happy.

I'm actually going to return the computer. Some years back I had good luck on a ford PCM, did not have the same luck on a pontiac.
Programed correctly the first time. Answered questions quickly. Need a computer for your vehicle, these are the people to talk to.

Flagship 1 has lived up to everything they said they would do. I had tested the sensors and all
Components and determined the OBC was not performing. My son actually found the web site and was comfortable with ordering from them, but I am old school. So I checked with our local Dodge dealer on how they handled this problem. This resulted in mostly negative remarks about repair shops outside factory authorized.
I liked your personnel's attention to detail etc. in handling my order, keeping me informed on the testing process, shipping and warranty information. The unit arrived on time as planned. I installed it easily and it ran the first time I hit the starter. And is still running smoothly. Thank you for all your help.

Bought for my father's PT Cruiser. After he sunk a lot of money into it, and still had issues, a new computer seemed to be the only possible fix. Was a bargain compared to everything else he had tried. A few hundred bucks, and a couple weeks later, new ECU showed up ready to plug and play. It's been months now since the install, with no issues whatsoever! Even if there was, their lifetime warranty keeps me at ease. Definitely worth every cent to turn a problem child into a reliable daily driver. Have and will recommend to anyone who might need this as a fix. Thanks Flagship One!

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
