After calling all over town and lastly the mercedes benze dealer to get an outrageous price for a new ECM, I was convinced there was no help for me. Many outside computer repair places / ECM repair deny mercedes products due to their theft deterrent system and other modules programmed into the ECM. I'm not a very trusting person when it comes to online business. After reading the tons of reviews about flagship one I decided to grit my teeth and trust the reviews. I am so glad that I did. The reviews didn't lie (for once)! The customer service was top notch! Very informative and willing to answer any questions I had prior to doing business. Evething was done withing a timely manner shipping label to delivery and back to my place of business. I will definitely take my ECM / computer business to Flagship One from now on. They are legit and have done just as they said they would. Vehicle is now up and running, passed State inspection, and on the road. Thank you Flagship One.

The website and details for installation and operation are clearly stated. Following the instructions, the car started immediately. After the sale, I called to speak with a representative because of a glitch in the selected State. This information was corrected immediately and the product shipped out the next day. If I have any trouble with the ECM then I can trust customer support.
When installed nothing but error codes put my old one back in the car when i get car back I will send you the Pcm

Where is the connector locks on missing tabs for the locks on one connector. Not very good Quality control

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
