The computer I received was in working order but was told it's a plug and play tip and the car would run once installed nope it didn't had to have it towed to dealership to have everything reprogrammed
Ordered online, had a question, response was quick and to the point. Could not ask for better customer service. Also, the information online let me know what to expect when installing and when the part would come in.

Great experience, a little slow on getting back, but was well informed, would use again.
Easy site to work with. Removed three bolts and replaced old with new. Truck runs great. If you can change the oil in your vehicle then replacing the PCM will be a breeze with no mess.

I was changing the engine wiring harness at the same time (bad connector at the PCM in addition to the PCM completely faulty also). Once the wiring harness went on, along with the new starter alternator, throttle body and once I was able to clear about a dozen OBD trouble codes, the Jeep is running just fine now. Installation of the PCM itself was easy and it is a solid part.

PRETTY COOL TO HAVE PCM FOR 2005 WRANGLER. I work for a dealership and when a customer came in needing a pcm. You guys made it easy. I couldn't get one. Within 2 weeks, you guys shipped me a pcm, preprogrammed. Bam, customer happy. Thank you

Worst company to deal with! Ordered for my Mazda 3, was finally sent out after 2 weeks. They sent it to a non existing address so it was returned to them. After fighting with them on the phone about the address they finally sent it back to me with the address they had on my account. Once it arrived it was barely package to protect it. Finally I installed the new unit after the battery had been disconnected for about a month buy left on a trickle charger. Now the car wont start! Wont even turn over with a fully charged battery! What a waste of a month!
