It worked!

Ordered the PCM with the Vin #. I spoke with CS several times due not having worked with this company before. The PCM arrived within 8 business days. I installed the PCM and the truck fired right up. My truck had lots of dash light stay on, I shut off the motor and restarted the the truck and all of the lights shut off. The truck runs fine. Thank you.

BAD QUALITY

We have purchase multiple PCM, and just this year the quality has been bad. 2 of 4 the we have just purchased have had to be returned for various issues, i.e. Bad programming, over spray on electrical connectors. And they try and charge us for returning the PCM after 3 try's.

Pre-programming was not correct.
November 17, 2024

Site states it will pre-program the computer for me car, all that would be needed is a PATs update. That is not true, I had to pay a company to come out and program it. It also requires information that may only be on the old computer or on a label inside the car's engine compartment. If both are missing the programming will not work AND could possibly damage the engine. This is because the solenoid control body and strategy codes are not always correct in the as built downloads from the manufacturers. They should CLEARLY state this and tell you where to find them when possible so the information can be verified.

The order process was simple and just involved entering my VIN. Price was reasonable and was plug n play ready which allowed me to get my Suburban back on the road quickly.

Life saver #1
I have a shop and i have to invest alot on getting new pcm programming or key reprogram, but they have everything programed with the cars vin#, it makes everything easier.

They need to clean them better...

ECM arrived in a bubble mailer to start...but the ECM was cosmetically undamaged and clean but the pins were dirty and HEAVILY corroded! Had to clean them before installation.

Poor Service!

Ordered ECM for 2013 Chevy Equinox on 9/28/24. Received it a few days later and tried to install. It was not Plug and Play as stated. Had to call 3 different times for instructions to program key. Kept getting wrong instructions. Have called multiple times because it would not work and was given the same information every time. They are dragging their feet with an answer on what to do! I finally called today and said I want a refund! The Rep said I had to pay shipping and a charge of $85. I told her I am not paying anything to return a part that I was assured was going to work! When you have to call a company so many times because the part isn't working, it should not be my responsibility to pay anything! The Rep did send a prepaid label to return and if I don't receive my full refund, I will be making calls to the Attorney General's office. This is not great customer service by making me responsible for a guaranteed part! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
