They were friendly on the phone helped right away to get me the right part
It took roughly a month to get my ECM with the smoke up the $#*! excuse of it takes time to program. Keep in mind it was a stock program. When I received it I plugged it in and my key worked one time with it cutting out right away and locking me out. My key wouldn't even run the chime for the key being in the ignition. Remember I supplied the VIN for programming the stock program. If you want to call dumping a pre written program programming. I had to buy new keys and go in myself and erase the VIN and re enter it. Yes, I checked it. I re entered the right VIN and delete the other 5 that were not related to my truck or any other module in it. I would definitely use them again... if I was bored and needed a good laugh.
The ECM/PCM is not usable.

I was skeptical about ordering a rebuilt ECM because from past experiences they don't always work. But I was not able to find a new one for that year and model so I either had to buy a used one on go with a rebuilt one. Once I got it installed my battery was to weak to start the vehicle. So I had it charged up and when my truck started up I was well pleased with it. I also love the fact that it came with a lifetime warranty. Again, I am well pleased!

Everything was fine except that I didn't see it noted when I bought the PCM that for Fords, I would still have to take my vehicle into the dealership to get the keys reprogrammed. I think it should be stated (or stated more clearly if it was somewhere and I missed it) that special case that is (apparently) only for Ford vehicles.
I'm happy with the service, response sending me emails to keep me updated. The PCM should be a little cheaper for my 20 year old truck. She is running and I'm happy about it. Thanks
The product works well however I didn't receive the instructions till a few days after installing so that caused a few issues and some money.
There claim plug and play was not true i haad to pay for reprograming emc to get it to work properly $$$$$$$$
Great product! As an auto repair facility we have used several control module rebuilders and suppliers. Outside of OEM have had many bad experiences until we found flagship. Both units we have purchased from them have worked flawlessly. Also both units were modules that no other supplier had offered as they were units that even though were in very popular models were unique in that they were both from vehicles that for what ever reason had ECMs that had a very short run and were very rare. Flagship was able to put together both units in a reasonable amount of time and both units were preprogrammed to the vehicle VIN number and once installed worked perfectly. We were able to get two vehicles back on the road running flawlessly after other shops had given up on trying to repair them.

We purchased a pcm for a 06 ford escape, keys were supposed to be cut for vehicle and this be a plug and play setup, BUT... keys were not cut, nor were they programmed to the pcm, not to big of a deal just an irritation.
The main problem was we installed the pcm, and began programming keys, and the pcm went up in smoke. Sent it back, and they were going to send out another, then they told us because it was internally burnt, there was another issue with the vehicle and would send another pcm, but it will void the warranty. And 1 day later told us if we wanted another pcm that we had to buy it. They did offer a 100$ discount on the new replacement pcm. Paid it. And when that one arrived, we installed that pcm, and it worked perfectly, there was not another issue with the vehicle, and We feel it was a way for them to not have to warranty their product.
Wont stop us from ordering in the future, just an irritation considering the company told us there were other issues with the vehicle, All had been repaired prior to original install. And when the second pcm arrived, nothing else had been replaced. Or changed. And pcm completed repairs. Also takes 2-3 weeks from time of order to time of deliever.
Fairly easy experience. Provided my vehicle VIN and a couple weeks later I received my new computer. I will say the computer thinks that my truck has an EGR valve, and it doesn't. Engine never had one and was built that way from the manufacturer. So since computer thinks there should be an EGR valve and there isn't it is throwing a check engine light. I don't think this is a flagship issue but rather a manufacturer issue since flagship programs the computer according to the VIN. Any how my truck works now and I'm happy. I just have to check the codes once in a while to be sure there aren't any others besides the EGR code. It is what it is. I could probably have a mechanic write the EGR from the computers software...

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
