The website and details for installation and operation are clearly stated. Following the instructions, the car started immediately. After the sale, I called to speak with a representative because of a glitch in the selected State. This information was corrected immediately and the product shipped out the next day. If I have any trouble with the ECM then I can trust customer support.
As a locksmith in Guam my customers computer box have had to be replaced due to the immobilizer wouldn't read (failed to communicate) the keys I tried to program. All the computer boxes that I have ordered through Flagship One have all worked and my customers were very happy. They are very helpful and fast shipping. I'm truly a satisfied customer and will continue to order from Flagship One.
