My model had 62 options, and when called customer service and they were able to help out and make narrow it down to 2 unit based on my vehicle and add on's. The garage install and program my chip key and was able to drive for a day and to testing center and pass. My old ECU would not turn on the heater function for the o2 senors, would ready value for no heat for the above and no pass.
Shipping was great.ecm was great plug & play and fix the problem truck runs great. The problem I had was ace hardware f**k up cutting the keys and I had locksmith cut & program new keys and $250 later. My advice let locksmith cut keys would buy again if I need ecm.every happy

This is the second unit I have purchased from you and have had nothing but problems with it, first off the ecm showed up with two different holes with no pins coming through and two holes with two pins in each hole. At the tune of 3 weeks! Then send it back for another 3 to 4 weeks to get back! Then It works for 3 days and get towed back in with a no start. Diagnose and it will not communicate! Call in it take me a week to get a RMA# to send back! I was told to do a test that would not work Because it would not communicate! By Therse C account manager witch is also never available! Now you have had it for 3 weeks and tell me you are building another Because it won't communicate Like I said all along! I hope this work out for my customer that has been with out there truck for almost 4 months!

I got what I needed and it ran well but it took quite a while to get it and then I sent my other one in cuz they said they would buy my core but I haven't received any information on whether they got it or not.
Fingers were crossed. Explored every avenue as far as sensors & wiring harness. Then rolled dice. Starts runs & trans shifts good. Thanks so much!

Unit was not inspected and or tested read the fine print that stated I had a 30 time period to sign up for the warranty that I thought I had checked other reviews seen the same type issues with many others so all in all I've been robbed for 200 of my hard earned dollars would not recommend or be shopping with again to much of a headache really disappointed with the faulty unit it was in worse shape then the 1 I replaced multiple problems soon as it was installed.

Components and determined the OBC was not performing. My son actually found the web site and was comfortable with ordering from them, but I am old school. So I checked with our local Dodge dealer on how they handled this problem. This resulted in mostly negative remarks about repair shops outside factory authorized.
I liked your personnel's attention to detail etc. in handling my order, keeping me informed on the testing process, shipping and warranty information. The unit arrived on time as planned. I installed it easily and it ran the first time I hit the starter. And is still running smoothly. Thank you for all your help.

I was very satisfied in the process of purchasing my PCM and when i installed it the product worked perfectly the shipping was unsatisfying i specifically asked to have it placed at the back door where there is a place for packages they left it on the front porch and it got wet I am glad it still works

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
