After calling all over town and lastly the mercedes benze dealer to get an outrageous price for a new ECM, I was convinced there was no help for me. Many outside computer repair places / ECM repair deny mercedes products due to their theft deterrent system and other modules programmed into the ECM. I'm not a very trusting person when it comes to online business. After reading the tons of reviews about flagship one I decided to grit my teeth and trust the reviews. I am so glad that I did. The reviews didn't lie (for once)! The customer service was top notch! Very informative and willing to answer any questions I had prior to doing business. Evething was done withing a timely manner shipping label to delivery and back to my place of business. I will definitely take my ECM / computer business to Flagship One from now on. They are legit and have done just as they said they would. Vehicle is now up and running, passed State inspection, and on the road. Thank you Flagship One.

Easy to change out and started right up. Definitely worth the investment, even though it wasn't the problem.

I had transmission shifting issues and off and on electrical issues in my 09 Dodge Ram 1500. It took less than 10 mins to swap out the computer with the Flagship One computer and instant repair. The truck has never driven so smooth. Wish I would've ordered it sooner.

Most people were good. First person, I believe, did not have give me full procedure. But was wonderful to deal with. Next person[woman] fully informed me of the last of the procedure. ECU did not even turn over my vehicle. Old originally unit did.

Flagship One advised me of the PCM shipment and asked for a "5 Star" rating for the notification. Was the absolute best notification I have ever received - no but good.
Then asked the same for the PCM - it was installed and worked as it should. Should a company receive a "5 Star" rating for providing its products? (they should work as advertised).
Overall, my purchasing experience was satisfactory and I'm hoping the PCM will continue to function correctly for many years to come.

The whole process was fast and uncomplicated. From the first call to when I received the ecm back in the mail everything was quick and efficient. The problem with the ecm was fixed and works great. I got the ecm back exactly in the time they promised. I was using another company to rebuild ecm's but wasn't satisfied with their work so from now on I'm using Flagship, hands down.
WS VERY SCEPTICAL BASED OFF MIXED REVIEWS. SERVICE WAS PERFECT AND AS DESCRIBED. KEPT IN TOUCH THRU ENTIRE PROCESS. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE AGAIN.
