I had reservations at first, because there was a delay with delivery of the unit, but the unit works well. Very pleased. Once installed, it took a day for pending errors to clear, but they eventually did. Vehicle running well.
I reached out before purchasing and asked questions like "can I just plug and play the PCM?" Answer-"yes sir it is". "Do I have to program the key?" Answer-"yes sir, it forms with programming instructions"
Well you can imagine my surprise when it wasn't plug and play and the programming instructions they sent don't work but to cover themselves they attached a note that said "may not program to your vehicle". Also, before they even mailed me the PCM, they sent emails asking "how did the part work?" And "did it get the car going?" Like wtf, I just ordered it and a shipping label had just been created so how the f*ck would I be able to answer those questions? I won't say the company is sh*tty but definitely vague if you don't ask the right questions.
The product was excellent. Shipping was a little slow. I'm over all very satisfied.
Worked great would use again if needed my 2004 ranger runs great again

I'm sorry but when I ordered the computer was not told til I got it in the mail that it would require a ignition relearn in which none of the easy versions worked to perform so I was going to have to have a professional locksmith come out and perform the key relearn and program a new remote which was going to cost me another 4 to 500 to do so I ended up selling the car for whatever I could get out of it which was only 500 everything else worked on computer but that was a bummer about my car

And the excuse was it got busy we received a lot of orders that doesn't mean anything to me since the order should've been filled accordingly

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
