1993 Chevy Blazer 5.lL engine- purchased and installed being told the ECU was programmed to match the original ECU. We weren't sure if the original was damaged so we purchased one that had been refurbished to the same specs as our original part. After installation we kept getting error code readings and would replace parts as we went. The car wouldn't run except for a minute and would throw another code. We replaced the fuel pump and sending unit, MAS, spark plugs and wires, and several other parts. Then an error code showed a problem with the transmission and when driven a few miles wouldn't shift into high. Finally, took out the just purchased ECU from Flagship One and replaced it with the original ECU and the service engine codes cleared. Drove it 60 miles with no problem. The lifetime warranty all but negates getting our money back for all the fees. So, long story short, never recommend this business for refurbished ECY.
The ecm I ordered was perfect for my truck. Worked as it should have. I have recommended your company to a lot of people that were having problems with there ecm as well. Thank you for a great product!
Set my vehicle to two different dealerships for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong order a PCM through. You guys put it in and was very happy. My problem was solved.

Used you for modules for several years. Your service seemed to be getting better until I received 2 modules from you that were defective right out of the box. Your warranty is poor. The first was a Jeep module that would not learn security. It takes so long for you to honor it and send a return label. You did refund me but I had to go by a new one from the dealer for 400.00 more to get my customer back on the road. The second one I just got was a tipm module. The original one just had no low speed radiator fan. The one I received from you had a bad fuel pump relay and no turn on fo heater blower. There is no way this module was tested properly before being sent out. It took close to 2 weeks to get it and now it took a week to get a ram to send it back for you to check. It will take another couple of weeks before I get a replacement. I realize you may get modules back that may have been diagnosed wrong but I have been doing this for 52 years as a diagnostic technician and have bought many modules from you over the years. I feel I am being treated wrongly.

YES SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED ON THIS PRODUCT (BCM) FOR A 2004 MALIBU. AT LEAST YOU COULD HAVE MAYBE WIPED OFF THE DIRT. THE DUCT TAPE THAT WAS HOLDING IT TOGETHER ALSO NOT VERY APPEALING. NEED MORE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK MAYBE. JUST A THOUGH (MY)

Th at this was a rare vehicle was challenging i'm sure. The ecm works like new. It seems that the old ecm caused the tps to have dead spots. Also new injector wiring pigtails were installed

We were working on an older Saturn, ECM was no longer available. Flagship one had one in stock, I received after just a few days, I had a question about programing the immobilizer, nice person there emailed instructions. All worked as promised. I will use them again.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
