I was having problem with engine stalling intermittently. Refurbished ECM from Flagship One worked perfectly out of the box and car if running fine so far. I have been struggling to fix this problem for the past 4 months.

The computer that I ordered was for a 1997 Dodge half ton four-wheel-drive automatic. The computer worked perfectly. It was all cleaned up on the outside. I can't say if any software was updated or it was just cleaned up on the outside. The only thing that bothered me was where the pigtails plugged in, there was cobwebs in there. And then where they had buffed out the surface of the computer there was one piece of wire brush inside where the pins were. I called them up and told him about it and they apologized. That wire could've shorted two pins and ruined the computer Just from whoever was supposed to be cleaning it up not double checking their work. I finished cleaning it up and getting the wire out before I plugged in the computer. Other than that, the computer is working perfectly. The truck started up with half a crank. It's been working flawless since.
Did not get it in an amount of time told. They did keep me up to date and every other day was told something new. First it was processed and then next it was being programmed. Seems like this went on for a while. Was told 3 to 7 days if I recall. Well it took weeks.
So I went ahead and bought another one so I could get my truck back in the road.
When it did arrive it had Cobb Webbs in the corners. I could tell it was bead blasted or sand blasted but still had spider sacks (eggs) in the corner.
I tapped it back up and put it on the shelf in my barn. Maybe one day I will need it. But if you need one fast this is not the place.
I was somewhat worried when I order the PCM because although my F-150 is 29 years old I still have to have it pass California smog requirements. We installed the new PCM and the truck passed in flying colors. Thank you for the new PCM and the quick shipping. I would definitely recommend your business to others. T. Hudson

I bought this "brain" for my vehicle that was acting up. I got it, installed it, and it made no difference. Not the Flagship problem, just me being a dumb $#*!...again. The shipping was fast, and they were helpful when I called to ask about programming, so their end was great, and the product worked as it should. At least I know I have a new transmission AND a new computer...whats next? So the three stars are for me, Flagship should get at least 4 stars!

The ordering of the ECU and the shipment process went great although the product is not working as of yet, I will need flagships help to try to get my pass lock System on this car working The process that was sent to me, does not seem to be programming the keys,
My 2010 Jeep commander had charging issues, the alternator was completely failed and after replacement the new unit did not work. After doing tests to confirm the connection to the PCM, where Chrysler "cleverly" incorporated the voltage regulation system show everything functional the only conclusion was the PCM needed replacement. Flagship One was provided my VIN number and model information, quoted a replacement and delivered it in a total of about a week. Disconnection and replacement were easy and the unit functions perfectly. Thanks Flagship One. Problem Solved.

Well they always have what I need and the kicker is we had a situation where we got the wrong part but they never argued or anything sent part back and they are sending correct part amazing service I'm hooked I will be sending all my business there way for sure

In the small disclaimer I was told it may not work and will need to have keys reprogrammed. The extend to have that done where I live is almost impossible. I would have to drive it 2 hours, if the car makes it, change the PCM in the parking lot and then have the dealership reprogram the key in hopes that everything works. If I knew this would happen I would of just sent my key to them
PCM was calibrated and worked as intended, highly recommend.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
