I sent two emails to your company neither one I gotta reply to. I ordered a computer for my van. It turned out. The computer was not the issue. It's the harness plugs. I emailed your company back to ask being that you guys sell these computers that maybe just maybe you might know where I could get the harness plugs because I can't get it to work properly without these plugs my van has been down for weeks very disappointing not even the answer back

Still had to take my truck to the dealership to get the ecm programmed to the truck it has no communication with any of the sensors on the motor
I have been trying to get a PCM warrantied only to have your people argue about what is wrong with the PCM we have. This is still going on and if not resolved soon we will have to find another supplier. I have been asked for codes and symptoms and have supplied all information about the diagnostics performed. Most of the people you try to talk to when you call in can barely speak clear English.
My experience has been not good at all my customer is still waiting and part. They have no way of telling u when it will arrive usps. They did not let me know that it could be shipped ups until i had problem tracking my package. Once they sell you the part they could care less when u get it but they make sure they get they money.
We had a warranty engine. Flagship One was able to determine that the engine was still under warranty and shipped out a new one very quickly that I received within 2 days.

Provided computer that allowed us to repair car. However the appearance of product was below expectations.
My PCM failed and my Alt stopped working. It controls the Voltage regulator. Ordered New PCM from Flagship, Good price and fast delivery. And Life is good again..

The service with the computer them shelfs is good,the only issue is that they take forever to deliver those computers,customers don't want to wait too long.
Key would not program. Had to pay to have the key matched to the unit. USPS Shipping is Very slow. It would be better to ship UPS Or Puralator for international shipments even if there was an additional cost.
My customer had his vehicle at 2 different shops for extended periods of time without resolving the problem. We determined the problem was a PCM that would fail at temperatures below 40 degrees. Purchased a PCM with a pair of keys already programed to the PCM, had the keys cut by local locksmith and customer reports no issues since installed. PCM was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time with updates on progress and shipping and reasonably priced. Flagship One will be my go to supplier for future needs.

The ecu did not work. All my dash lights stayed on and my speedometer didn't work. It wouldn't let the transmission $#*! into high gear. All that was fine before I just lost power in two cylinders. The new one fixed that problem but caused many more.
Always great! Only issue is the wait time. Orders need to be shipped sooner.

Dealing with the young lady who I dealt with on my order was extremely professional and knowledgeable and very courteous she kept me updated step by step through the process I still haven't installed the ECM but the purchasing experience was extremely satisfied upon inspection I see a couple of bent pins I took a picture but I called back and then informed me I can have my mechanic straighten the pins and if I had any problems after that let them know I'll keep you up to date but thank you so much
