Terrible experience! Worst customer service ever. Does not back up what their website and return policy state. I too had to call and ask where my part was as it took over 3 weeks to get the part, part did not work, asked for a refund. They accepted my request to return the product, then refused to refund my money and kept my part! They completely ripped me off. Refused to work with me at all, everyone there has been super rude on the phone. I can't believe these people are still in business.
I ordered my ECM and there shipping policy is 1-6 days 3 weeks later. Still not here and no one knows why. Just got off the phone with them but it took me 3 times calling and 30 minutes on hold. From them. To finally talk to someone and he did not have a clue about anything he said it would be shipped in an hour or two. So my truck has been down and I am losing money because of there incompetence

PCM came in a timely manner and worked perfectly. The check engine light is gone now and no more worries. I'm happy with my purchase.

Selling junk with a so called warranty that stop when they ship it cause u will never git another chance to talk to them they will block ur number the if u git threw on a nother number they will tell u lisa's the only 1 working there that can open ur file and she is never at her desk and will not call back so dont leave a message ur wasting ur time. Never buy anything from them tell everyone u know inn a car group or club bout these scam artists. Just look and the reviews got 30 good 13 bad. Yeah every other person got scammed

When you contact them regarding the fact that their product is no good they give you the run around in every way possible. I purchased an ECM unit from this company for 359$ & paid an additional 85$ shipping fee to overnight the unit because I needed to have my car repaired as quickly as possible--- they sent the unit in a plastic envelope-- no box-- and the unit arrived damaged.
The repair shop then had to realign the pins AND charged me another 80$ to reprogram the unit.
I called & emailed multiple times to request a refund of the additional 80$ the shop charged me to reprogram the unit that I paid to have preprogrammed and they REFUSE to refund me the fee secondary to their negligent way they shipped the item unprotected! (or the 85$ for overnight shipping that I paid)
(No reply to my emails-- but I finally got a live person on the line to tell me nonsense about returning the item to them to fix -- which would have taken an additional week)
Soo... what was I supposed to drive for that additional week & who was going to refund my original expedited shipping fee of 85$?
This is my first & LAST dealing with this company! I advise you to shop elsewhere...
My need was complex and I seriously didn't expect the excellent level of service and quality product I received! Flagship One's customer service was spot on and quick to respond! I have never had such a complex order go as well. Thank you Flagship One! Number 1 for a reason!

Ya la instale y no funciono, como yo soy mecanico detecte que no había inpulso de corriente en la bobina tampoco en los inyectores. ( le instale otra computadora y el carro prende pefectamente, quiere decir que la que ustedes me vendieron esta dañada) como hago para hacerla llegar a ustedes para una reposision gracias
