I ordered a ECU with keys for a 2006 Ford Freestar. Original ECU would allow the car to be driven but water damage stopped it from functioning properly. Install ECU and car now set various U codes and would not learn keys. I returned the module as defective and they charged me 165.00. DO NOT BUY THEIR JUNK. CHECK BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS
This has to be the worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered an ECM for my 2013 Ford explorer XLT from them. They sent me a ECM for a 2wd vehicle. I called and they promised to make it right, that all I need to do was send it back for reprogramming. This proceed to happen two more times. Every time I called costumer service they said my project manager was unavailable and they would call me back. This call never came. After calling well over 20 times I decided that I wanted my money back and to return the ECM. I was told that I was outside the return window even though it was their fault for sending the incorrect product. I repeatedly asked to speak with my senior manager Anna B. I was never called back by Anna. I was finally called back by a woman named Angela who said there was nothing they could do for me. This company has worse costumer service than McDonald's. I do not recommend this company. Do not use this company.

This company sucks... Although the module I ordered worked I had a car waiting for the module and they took all their sweet time to ship it (8 days from order date) then it took so long I had to pay for overnight shipping and no fault of theirs other than they used USPS it took another week to arrive. I contacted usps and they told me they would refund the shipping but since I didnt pay them Flagshipone would have to request a refund. I had contacted Vanessa when the package had not arrived as it was supposed to and she didnt even respond. So the next day the package had arrived and I contacted her again and then she finally responded as the module came to me with a broken off bolt in one of the mounting holes. I mentioned the shipping to her and she just brushed it off and said once it leaves their facility it is no longer their responsibility... i was not happy with that answer as they are still responsible as they paid usps... Then she didn't want to hear about a request for a shipping refund... This company has poor customer service...

Ordered a ecm may 31st 2023 was told I'd have it by June 9th here it is June 12th still no ecm run around from customer service it's bad communication now my customer wants a discount on the labor.

I purchased a refurbed PCM from flagship 1 for $250. Installed it in my vehicle immediately the check engine light came on. Remove the unit and closely inspected to see that most of the guide rails on the three connectors were chip broken and cracked. I also noticed that one of the pins was pushed flush way way far down below the rest of the pins. It could not have possibly made contact. It could not have possibly been tested. I tried to call the company several times left a voicemail with what sounded like a Latin female recording. 3 months later after they read my Google review somebody from administration left a reply to the Google review. I then re-contacted them. Nothing has been done. They didn't correct anything. The man pretty much called me a liar and said that I never called in to report anything. I then provided him with the reference number. They then saw that I did make a sale at their company. And again nothing has been done. I don't have to lie about anything! The photos that I posted on my Google review shows everything.

Bought refurbished BCM for big money. May as well have not even bothered. Received a defective computer. Original BCM for my 96 Plymouth Van worked better than their highly touted rebuilt unit. Now I have NO critical instruments, no SPEEDO, no ODOMETER, no FUEL GUAGE, In short I doubt they did ANYTHING at all except send me a piece of junk. It arrived FILTHY DIRTY, DUSTY, MISSING SCREWS. As for their so called WARRANTY what a joke! Will reinstall my original computer. What a rip off! Beware this seems to be a poorly run, unethical company. LOUSY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & OR MONEY! Terrible experience!

Undoubtedly the worst customer service, bar none, in the history of this service! Very rude & distasteful when trying to explain what the problem has been with the third or fourth time the product that was purchased and sent back with still no change in the operation it was designed to perform, then telling me (the customer) how the warranty had ran out. When I asked, how can a LIFETIME WARRANTY run out, when it has been the same problem all along, during the time (approximately 60 to 75 days) shipping the part back & forth from the customer (me) & the Company (you), being unable to drive or an use of my vehicle. When I asked for the manager, Leslie was very short with all these answers & explained or told me NO REFUNDS, not politely saying, we offer only a credit, if we cannot resolve this problem, that would have been a little Nicer, don't you think? If possible, could someone their please return my complaint into a Positive response. I will be anxiously awaiting your answer. Account manager never available via phone, to cross ship the will void warranty if second ECU fails out of the box. Too many reviews with same situation that waited months for the "repaired unit" to be returned. Provided extensive ODB2 data showing they never programmed or it failed in programming to my vehicle. Different vin and car started twice now dead with their ECU. My old ecu with trouble codes fires up immediately. They are a "take it or leave it" company not customer service oriented. Reported to BBB, FTC and Paypal (I suggest paypal as you have recourse for refunds.

The worst customer service ever they will gaslight the $#*! out of you when one of their employees says one thing and you call back to confirm and get hung up on twice and then their manager will finally answer and proceed to lie about $#*! they have 0 clue on how Vin numbers show manufacturers dates so I got told by my account manager that 2 ecms came out of a 2011 camaro and the last one which is the third non working computer sent was a 2008 which is insane because a 2010 car can't take a 2008 ecm but they kept hounding me asking what scan tool was used when it's not a scan tool to install a computer o n a 2010 camaro it has to have a paid subscription for gm tech tool that can be on a laptop and is used for relearning the keys so everything can communicate but again their ecm would not recognize the keys and when you tell them this it goes in one ear and out the other and they will play games so you get frustrated and give up well they now have me to deal with everyday until their incompetence is delt with and im given the proper ecm for the car I need for a client *******% unprofessional and look on thier reviews they have a 1 star rating for a reason they are con artist at best and won't send you the right part but good thing I have documents and photos of 2 separate computer techs showing they can't install the ecm because it's faulty so if you want problems and headaches use them because that's all they are good at

When the PCM that i bought from flagship 5/2020 for my 2000 jeep cherokee failed, they agreed after a lot of arguments and phone calls to repair it and send it back in 10 days.It took almost 30 days and an hour and a half long phone call to dismal customer service to find out that it was shipped.It came clean and shinny and was installed by the mechanic.It failed right off the box.No communication with the diagnostic.None.The next morning failed all together to start the vehicle.They went down the troubleshooting list and told me that it was the jeep wiring. Checked the wiring and voltage and resistance was correct.Some project manager after a number of phone calls offered to replace it but i loose the warranty.I refused and asked for a refund.I was told they only give store credit.I said no.
The next day an envelope came with another PCM.Now i have two useless paperweights because i have had my original computer repaired.End of story.Lesson learned.Read the negative reviews

Best price found after extensive search. Ordering was OK. Shipping was as expected. Installed by reputable shop. Didn't work. After extensive diagnostic with associated fees, it was determined ECU had not been programmed. Warranty clearly states they don't pay for issues, rather you need to send it back. Needed the car so had the shop program at additional cost. Overall, with added diagnostic and programming, I paid as much for the ECU as if I had bought it from the dealer. This company is not recommended.

I ordered from flagship1 based on all the reviews. I ordered my ecm on 4/11/23 today is 4/21/23 and still nothing. Not a change in status at all so I call them just to get the ol I'm sorry we hit a snag but we're working on it after 7 business days of waiting. On the product I'll just have to let you know when I get it!

Stated module was programmed and pull and play. After install air bag trac and brake lights was on. Filled out RMA form and emailed. Told me I would have to get programmed and did not offer any refund to offset programming cost.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF PEOPLE ON THE PHONE AND ON THE CHAT ARE GREAT. THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN HORRENDOUS. I OWN A AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN CALIFORNIA. I HAD TO TURN IN A RMA TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS WRONG AND IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE AND THEY ASKED ME FOR THE SAME ANSWERS I HAD ALREADY GIVEN ON THE RMA. THE LEFT HAND (TECH DEPARTMENT) DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND (EMAIL DEPARTMENT) IS DOING. ITS REALLY TO BAD BECAUSE I HAVE HAD GOOD PRODUCT IN THE PAST. EVERYTIME I HAVE CALLED TO FIND OUT THEY TELL ME MY ACCOUNT MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE. I EVEN CHATTED ONLINE AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. THEY ARE AFRAID TO SAY THE REBUILD IS DEFECTIVE. I CAN EASILY INSTALL THE OLD COMPUTER AND THE THROTTLE RESPONSE IS FINE. THE PROBLEM WITH THE OLD COMPUTER IS THAT THE DRIVER DOES NOT CONTROL CYLINDER 1 COIL. CAR RUNS GREAT WITH NEW COMPUTER BUT NO THROTTLE CONTROL.

I paid for a flashed pcm which I did not receive. After installing the unit I had to have my vehicle towed to a shop and pay for them to flash the unit.
After contacting them I received a response claiming that according to my warranty they take no responsibility and refuse to reimburse me for the unnecessary charges I had to outlay.

Don't buy from here! On their website it says 3 to 7 days for delivery. By day 6 i contacted them just to make sure everything way ok or if perhaps there may be a mistake on my part. Then i got a replay saying they have 8 day. I felt it was a little hostel response, Day 10, day13, day 15, and day 16 nothing but excuses. No one has a clue what's going on there. Day 16 i contacted them and finally got an update and they told me they had to restart all the test and that would take 2-3 days. I was like, 3 days later i contacted them then they told me they would get back to me in 4 days. After that i told them to give me my money back, im glad i did before they gave me some trash
