Although parts often say plug&play it usually requires more steps than that. However, the ECM was literally only Plug&Play! No extra steps no extra programing no nothing. Plug&Play!
They were helpful letting me know ever step my part was going through up to me receiving it. I will use them again.

Customer service was good
There was no option to speed up delivery
The exterior was in poor condition with dents and pry marks

Got the computer in a timely manner, put it in and had the keys flashed to the ECM, started and ran fine except speedometer didn't work, I bought a ECM that has to have Ford's program download to it and then flashed the keys to it and it ran fine even the speedometer worked as it should,
You always have what we need when it comes to Modules!

I ordered the part and it came as expected. Still not working on truck but will try something else.Part came in time and at a good price.
Got someone to do a PATS reset and they told me I should have got a key with computer but never got one

Sent in my PCM because FS1 said they didn't have a core to work with. Turnaround was 1 day after my package arrived, shipped back to me with no paperwork. Installed it and now I have the same error code that I sent it in for, P0012 -"Intake (A) Camshaft Position Timing – Over-$#*!ed (Bank 1)."
Noticed on my credit card statement that I had been refunded $500 of the $650 I paid up front with ZERO explanation what had been done or if they had failed in attempting to fix it.
Now my tags are up for renewal and it's not going to pass DEQ.
