The shopping experience was great and easy. Unfortunately, when I got my ECM, it didn't work. It said wrong Vin number so I have this piece of $!?& sitting in my car doing nothing. And I'm still running on the old one….

Service was a little hard to understand on the phone but was willing to explain and make sure we understood. Once we mailed our module in the service was quick and always knew where our module was. Once diagnosed and confirmed unable to repair, they gave us a full refund and quickly mailed it back to us. I am very please with service at flagship. We will be using and recommending in the future for our own customers.
