Purchase a module for an F-150 it came polished up like it came from a salvage yard then one year later it failed and company is giving me the runaround not wanting to honor their lifetime warranty, now they won't even respond to my emails anymore!

Reach out on January 4 to have my ECM replace with a recondition and repaired ECM. Sent payment with vin number and part number. January 7 received email that they pull a unit for your order and it is now awaiting testing and programming. January 10 received email they cannot find a replacement and to speed things up to send them my original for repair. That first week dealing with Flagship I felt that this will not end well. Sent ECM twice for repair now they say it cannot be repaired.

Programmed wrong. Keep getting code for power steering pressure sensor and my truck does not have one. The later model dakotas did not come with this sensor.

While I entered the VIN number incorrectly initially, I was able to correct that and the experience has been very basic and straightforward.
Part arrived on time ki did not know I'd need to sign for it so took a day longer), I stall was as easy as plug and play, programmed key using instructions provided and have had 0 issues since! Highly recommend if you need a replacement ECU, PCM ETC.
I purchased a PCM. The rebuilt PCM I received was faulty, per my very well regarded mechanic. I made a claim with Flagship One and asked them to send me a replacement. I was asked what the symptoms were. One of the symptoms I mentioned was a seatbelt light that was going off, in addition to many other dash light signals. My mechanic said that there was dirt in the seatbelt clasp that caused that signal. That signal is no longer a problem. I made the mistake of mentioning ALL of the signals to Flagship One. They refused to honor the warranty because they said that the seatbelt signal is not tied to the PCM. I asked to speak with a supervisor but was refused. I am now fighting it with my credit card company. I consider this company to not be reputable based on their handling of my situation.

I am a mechanic myself, and they obviously just programmed a computer that has the same plug but not the same internal design my 97 jeep wrangler doesn't come with a key safety or a key lock out program in the computer which I will send does therefore, my computer will start then read that the program doesn't read the chip and then shuts off immediately now I cannot get any response to the situation
