I attempted to sign up this past Friday, as i was purchasing something from Amazon, after my purchase Freeshipping.com offered me $10.00 off that purchase, and if i sign up for something, i expect to get my services rendered. In this case after a bunch of purchases this company decides to cancel me out... what a ripoff... I normally use Ebates.com, have been using them for a decade, and never had a problem, at least they are up front, when you shop, you know exactly the percentage you will be getting back. And they dont charge you a monthly fee, its all free! This company is a joke, dont waste your time or money... with all the things i have ordered... i couldve gotten anywhere between 15 to 20 dollars back from Ebates.com, but this company just screwed me out of that... Thanks alot! Dont use this company... apparently im not the only one... and they said i have used them 11 times in the past year... thats a LIE! And then they said i cancelled the membership via phone call... another LIE, i never called to cancel anything, as i mentioned earlier, i was in process of ordering alot of things online... i guess they werent expecting that from someone who just signed up, maybe that scared them, and they thought it was best to cancel the membership on their own because i never called to cancel this membership... Well hopefully they cancelled it, because i cannot login, they locked it out. So i cannot cancel it on my own. But at least i have this review
Never signed up for this! But a total of $50 has disappeared from my account and I want to be reimbursed my $ back!
Hi Bianca,

They take 12.97 A MONTH in a very shady and sneaky way. I lost money instead of gaining. Don't recommend this unprofessional company.

I apologize for any inconvenience.
Thanks,

CAUTION this is a rip off. I never signed up but they billed me anyway. Check your charges on your credit cards.
Hi Seth, I apologize for any confusion regarding the membership fee. Please reach out directly at Help@FreeShipping.com, I'll be happy to help.
It is a garbage service, filled with backhanded business methods. It makes you bend over backwards to make any sorts of money.

While I was on Klohls.com's website purchasing a coffee pot only, "this steel your bank information, your mailing address company, "freeshiping.com" did this very thing to me without any knowledge of this happening until their charge of $12.97 showed up on my banking account some 4-5 days later. I have close that account, & was force to open a new account to be able to feel safe with my finances thanks this dirtbag company, CROOKS is all I know to call them. Kohls.com was suppose to contract me today regarding this matter, allowing me to better explain this scary situation. Kohls sent me an email 30 minutes after I canceled my Kohls account of many years last night, 5-6-2015. They refunded the Fedx shipping charges plus about an extra dollar & stated they hope this resolved the matter. Kohls did not call me today as I requested & I gave them all the information I had on the dritbag company. KOHLS CHARGE ACCOUNT HOLDERS BE WARE!

We have been charged $13 a month for the past 3 months. We have never used their service and had no reason to sign up with this company.
I was on ebay after I ordered something, and they ad popped up saying, "this item you bought is ordered to give you $10 back on the shipping you paid for." And me being dumb, fell for it, and went on the website it stated you have to pay $2.00 in order to get the $10 back. And When I paid for it, it was the worst mistake I ever made. They gonna say you up to $10 after I paid for it. And they end up saying they will give me $1.00 back. Really!. And they never even gave me that. I emailed them and called them out on it and they never responded. I basically just gave them free $2.00. And then when I tried to use their trial for freeshipping (since I paid for it anyway), it doesn't work on no freeshipping i tried every website and the codes from them doesn't work. After I found that out, I immediately canceled their stuff so, they won't keep getting money out. But I thank God it was 2.00 instead of 10.00 like some people fell for. I repeat this is scam! Don't fall for them! I'm trying to work with lawyers to get this website shutdown so other people won't fall for it. Please everyone report this website! If they scammed me out of $2.00 that means they could scam thousands of other people which can add up to 2.00 times 1,000 which equals 2,000 they make off of a thousand people. That's alot of money. They sick manipulators and money hungry for money. I really hope they get what they deserve.
Hi Alyssa,

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We do not have access to any member's credit card information unless it is voluntarily provided at sign up. Every user who signs up with us is presented with the same details regarding the trial. These details, located on the sign up page directly above where users enter their credit card number, state that if you choose to continue your membership past the 7-day trial period, you will be subject to the $12.97 monthly subscription fee all of our active members pay. Users can cancel their account any time during their trial period by logging into their account or contacting customer service.
I hope this information is helpful! Please feel free to contact help@freeshipping.com with any persisting questions or concerns. Thank you!

Freeshipping.com is a total fraud and scam! They steal your money without authorization. This so called company is CRIMINAL!
Would give this junk a 0 if I could! I signed up by accident on this trash website and when I got my monthly bank statement, it said that 12.97 had been taken from my account. I was so confused because I never bought or used the trash services of this website that doesn't even make sense! So I called them after canceling my membership (WHICH I DIDNT KNOW I SIGNED UP FOR) THEY TRICK YOU AND LIE TO YOU! I asked for my money back because honestly who uses this stupid website, what would you even use it for?!?! AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY?!?! WHAT EVEN THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND WON'T GIVE IT BACK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT SIGN UP! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Hi Mary, I apologize in our delay in responding to this. If you contact me directly at Help@FreeShipping.com I can certainly refund that charge. I will also speak with our phone representatives to ensure the professionalism and courtesy that our members deserve. Thanks!
Freeshipping.Com is legit, I have been using them for over 6 years, and I receive rebate checks monthly.
Hi Sam,
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback.
Happy Shopping!
These folks are crooks. They charged me membership fees I didn't even know we're coming. I consider that stealing. What goes around will come around.
Hi Tyeson,
We're sorry you feel that way about our site! It looks like you signed up with us after an online purchase on 12/30. You were offered a 7-day free trial and $10 cash back. The monthly membership fee is stated directly above where users enter their credit card information at sign up. It is also reiterated in our terms of use, which further explain that if a member chooses to use our service past the trial period, he or she will be subject to the $12.97 fee. The terms of use must be agreed to before successfully signing up for an account and they are also included in the welcome email each member receives directly after registering. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at help@freeshipping.com. Thank you!
Sincerely,

I didn't realize I was being charged a monthly fee. Its a shame that this company has to pull the wool over people's eyes.
They do not pay out on your purchases. I made 3 purchases following their guidelines and wasn't paid 1 cent in cash back!
Hi,
Please reach out to me directly at Help@Freeshipping.com. I will be happy to look into the cash back.
Thanks!

They ask for credit card information and deduct money from your account. They trick you into giving $10 cashback. Never use this.
Answer: Their advertising is a little sneaky I give you that. But that's your fault, just like out on the city streets, a fool and their money is soon parted.
Answer: Hi Christina, unfortunately I can't locate your account using the information here. Can you please reach out to me directly at Help@FreeShipping.com?
Answer: What's so dishonest about it? I am a regular subscriber and can easily recover my subscription fee many times over.
Answer: I did, but only after threatening to report them to the Attorney General in my state. They rely on the fact that few people will make a fuss.
Answer: You have to buy items from a website…anything from eBay to BATH & BODY WORKS, OVERSTOCK…many others. Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
Answer: Hello, Any cash back you earn as a member is yours to keep even if you choose to cancel. Thanks!
Answer: Hello - No problem, I have sent confirmation of this to your email.
Answer: Hi Carla, Please reach out to me directly at Help@Freeshipping.com. I will be happy to issue a refund for the membership fee. Thanks! Samantha Customer Support Supervisor
