Customer service communication was outstanding. Chairs were promptly shipped and very well packaged. They arrived in excellent condition, and I could not be happier with my purchase!
I had to change my order. I had ordered one chair with arms and that's not what I intended. Easy to change the order and they were very helpful changing it and giving a refund even before I asked.

Overall, pleased with the experience. Delivery time for our dining table & mirror was around 3 months.
Haven't received product yet but order was easy. They emailed a quote why the product was on sale and it seems like they will honor it even though it is not on sale anymore. If true than so-far-so-good. I have Wayfair Professional account and they have always treated me right - we'll see how France & Sons does.
Edit: Received the product wh. Arrived in very good time - much sooner than expected. Box says Made in China which is counterintuitive for a company (Four Hands) that purports to make/design its own furniture - but I wasn't surprised since I've seen the same chair by other names being sold by different companies. Of course this doesn't reflect at all on France & Sons. The chair looks good and is nice quality compared to what one can expect these days. It's comfortable enough except most of the the back rest feels like it has no support. It feels like it could easily be punctured. They must have used sinuous springs vertically which is not the best - not good at all actually - but I will console myself with the addition of accent pillow to support the lower back
Great lamp selection. After looking for months, we finally found the peffect lamp with France & Son. Lamp is good quality and well made.
Sales person sold me a table with expedited shipping - to deliver before Christmas. Followed up on tracking and spoke to customer service. Table will not be delivered before Christmas, earliest first week of January. Customer service apologized for the sales person but could not expedite to meet what I was offered.
Fun selection, many items in stock and ready for delivery.
Too many follow up emails before and after purchase
I ordered the Shona Bench from France & Son for $623. ONE week after receiving the bench it started to discolor. I immediately called and sent pictures to France & Son. Their support is super unresponsive and when I finally got a response ~ one month later, they offered me $100 refund. They clearly do not stand by the quality of their products.
